“We moved from Chicago to New Jersey and waited a week for our belongings. The day of the unloading came and we eagerly awaited our things. We then got a call from dispatch letting us know that the truck was having transmission issues and there might be a delay of up to another week. Elijah and Kelin came through. After dispatch called to let us know that we wouldn't be getting our things that day, Elijah called himself and said he was going to reschedule our delivery for the next morning, on a Sunday! They made quick work of getting our things loaded into our new place and we're super quick with reassembly of our furniture. It was a real pleasure working with them. They were in good spirits and genuinely friendly. And SO efficient! Grateful for their work!”

“So grateful for the Norfolk post office and staff! Jean is great and runs a tight, tidy ship. I mail packages frequently and am always well taken care of. In response to a previous review: the office closes for lunch because there's typically only one person on staff making that lunch break a necessity.”

I found her to be incredibly helpful, thorough, and quick. I would have never known she was new to the team! This was easily my most pleasant experience at the Bellingham Post Office thanks to her!”

“A friendly neighborhood post office and not ever crowded, even at the holidays. All of the people who work here have always been nice and patient. Good to call ahead for passports for an appointment, but they can do them as well with no line. In the summertime there is an ice cream and burger stand next door, so you can make a nice outing of it if you have kids in tow or are hungry.”

I am not sure who the little lady is that works in the Milford office but she was absolutely amazing, efficient and figured out the problem and assisted me through the end. She knew what she was doing! I walked out 5 minutes later amazed at this woman! Thank you so so much! And just for reference, we ordered business cards two weeks ago and it took 3 trips (not Milford) to finally receive our order. “This post office is located directly next to Village Pizza, so it’s hard to find if you’re looking for a typical post office in a free standing building. However, our experience applying for passports at this located was seamless. I believe D’Ann was the person who helped us, and although it was busy she was quick and efficient with our paperwork. It’s a stressful process and she made me feel reassured throughout making sure we had everything.”
