“We've used Auto Image Detailing six or seven times over the past five years for both our Honda CR-V and Subaru Forester, and the results have been consistently outstanding. David is fantastic to deal with. Communication is always quick, friendly, and straightforward, whether by phone or text. He picks up the car promptly on the morning of the appointment and returns it that evening looking practically brand new, inside and out. The attention to detail is exceptional. One experience in particular really demonstrated how thorough and dedicated David is. I had accidentally spilled gasoline while transporting fuel, and it had soaked deep into the passenger-side footwell. David went above and beyond to track down the source of the lingering smell, carefully taking things apart until he discovered a piece of foam beneath the flooring that had absorbed the gasoline. He didn't stop until he'd found the problem and completely resolved it. The smell was 100% gone. It's rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work. After years of consistently excellent service, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend David and Auto Image Detailing to anyone looking for a truly professional detailing job. Small world we had never met, well maybe in the 80's as we ran in a similar circle. Speed is just a question of money. How fast do you want to go? Same with stereo systems. I can't remember the techs name but he was super nice did a great job. I had a leak somewhere rug was soaked instead of blowing it off they lifted all the carpet and dried it out. You get what you pay for. Wrapped cables etc, prideful work ethic. Great job. The shop is part high end showroom part museum. If I had the money the detailer looks A+ too. “I can’t say enough good things about Chris and this detailing shop. My child spilled milk in the car, and no matter what I tried, the smell wouldn’t go away. I called three other places—two told me I’d need my entire carpet and underlayment replaced (nearly $3,000), and another said they’d just shampoo the top and “hope for the best.” Chris was the only one who actually explained what needed to be done. He told me that only the damaged parts of the underlayment needed to be removed and replaced—not the whole thing—and he even gave me tips over the phone to help reduce the smell before my appointment. His advice worked so well that by the time I came in, most of the odor was already gone. When he detailed the car, he patched the underlayment perfectly and gave the entire interior such a thorough clean that it honestly looked better than the day I bought it. And all of this was done for a fraction of what other shops quoted me. He easily saved me thousands of dollars. As a mom, getting into a car that feels brand-new is such a great feeling—even though it won’t last long with kids. It’s a perfect reset for the car, and it feels amazing while it lasts. Most importantly, I’m grateful to know I have someone I can fully trust. I will 100% be returning in the future.
