Absolutely our new automotive place to go. Upon my first interaction with Rita, I already knew that we would be in good hands. Jamie is super respectful and more than willing to take a minute and walk us through the repairs etc. Our newly licensed driver had a flat tire one week and the following we needed a new bumper. The work was perfect. Quick, no frills and didn't kill our pocket. I would absolutely recommend this shop.

Ever since I've had my car I have gone to three different auto mechanics. Those three mechanics overcharged me and did not fix my car properly. Since I've been going to certified Brake & Tire I have not had issues with anything that they had fixed. They are also honest people and understand that these times are hard financially. They are not out to get you or bleed you dry financially! I highly recommend going there if you ever need your car repaired. They do more than just breaks and tires. Thanks guys!

I was in desperate need of front end brake repairs and I called and was told to bring it in for a look.. Shortly after they called with the solution and I could not be happier.. Very honest and detailed when they explained that after a thorough inspection, they detected other issues that should be addressed in the future.. I highly recommend going to speak with Jamie if you need a true professional opinion.. And you will see just how serious he takes his job and the workers as well..Service: Brakes

All I have to say is...wow. I have never had the level of service at any other mechanic. I was impressed by the bumper to bumper evaluation on my car with a report of all of the good things and items that needed attention with pictures. The level of customer service is amazing. These guys are "next level". They are my mechanics for life.

Jamie is a life saver! My parents were at doctor's appointment running late for another doctor's appointment when their car would not start in the parking lot. Jamie came and jumped them so they could make it to the next appointment. When that was over they went back and Jamie changed their battery. I highly recommend certified automotive solutions! This isn't even the first time they have saved our family and I'm sure it won't be the last.

Brought my 2003 Accord in for faulty power window. They did a thorough check of my car and gave details of other worked needed to be done (stars for that). Their prices are high and quoted over $2,000 for all their recommended work . I didn't like that they charged $60 for inspection because I didn't want to get the window done there although I still paid $120 for filter changes. I went to another mechanic for a second opinion and got my window fixed elsewhere for $290 (saved over $200 from what certified auto solutions quoted because they only want to use original parts on my 18 year old car) I had the other mechanic check the recommended work and other mechanic said it wasn't needed at the time, no charge for inspection.

By far the best mechanics and business I have experienced. I called one morning for my breaks. Kenny got me in that day. A full diagnostic with pictures were texted and emailed to me. Kenny was informative and extremely patient. They had my vehicle back to me the next day even after all the work they did. A week later I called for another service and they got the job done quicker and cheaper than expected. I am grateful to have come across these guys. Thank you Kenny! I owe ya!Services: Battery
