This was my second time working with Commonwealth Properties. Prescott previously helped me buy my condo, and this time around he helped me to sell it. I can't say enough good things about how Prescott and his team handled the entire process from start to finish. Prescott took time to educate my fiancee and me on the sales process, and clearly outlined each step as the sale moved forward from listing to closing. As first time homebuyers, we were very nervous about the home buying process. Prescott White helped quell any fears we might have had and made our search easy and enjoyable.Prescott and his team were attentive when we made remarks during walk-throughs and made sure to incorporate our comments into future searches. They were also available as often as we needed, which made closing on our house a breeze.Despite our lack of home-owner knowledge, Prescott was equipped with the latest and most relevant key information. His aide in our understanding of home care, Mass utilities, sub-contractor referrals, zoning, and more helped us make a faster decision so we could move into our current home at record pace.We loved working with Prescott and Commonwealth Properties. Attempted to rent an apartment listed by Commonwealth Properties. Had some issues with the terms of the lease and when we decided not to move forward Prescott accused our broker of "steering us away" over the broker fee. Can guarantee that wasn't the case, but his response sure made us glad we avoided this mess.

Prescott helped us with both the selling of our home in Roslindale and the purchase of our new home which was a gut renovation in West Roxbury. For the sale of our home, we found him to be very knowledgeable of the market in this area and he helped to calm our nerves during this emotional process. For the purchase of our new home, he worked with us for almost a year while it was being rebuilt and we couldn’t be happier with his work. Prescott is very knowledgeable of the home building process and all of the details that needed to be sorted out during a build like this. He helped us navigate conversations with the builder and was very attentive to all of our needs throughout the process.All in all, exceptional service from Prescott and the rest of the crew from Commonwealth Properties! We would highly recommend them for the sale or purchase of your home.

I have to give my agent Charlene Grady and Commonwealth Properties 5 stars for the exceptional service I received while selling my home. I was very stressed and overwhelmed in the beginning, and Charlene was with me every step of the way. She really cared about me and my family's feelings and well being through the entire process. Charlene was very patient with me while reviewing and explaining all the documents and due dates.The Open House went very well, Charlene had taken the time to learn about my house and all of its unique qualities, allowing her to answer any questions from potential buyers. One of the best things she did was wait for me to return after the Open House and we sat and reviewed all feedback provided by the people that walked through. That really showed me her dedication to me, her client.I am happy to say Charlene is now helping my son and I each find our new home.
