I was going to purchase 2 items and when I checked out both prices were different than listed on the shelf. I informed the cashier and was told, "These are the prices." I asked him to follow me to where I got the items and he refused and reiterated the prices that rang up were correct. I asked him again to check the shelf prices and he refused. He, by the way, was the store manager. This is not the first time I've had a negative experience with him and it doesn't say much about CVS as a whole. I went to Whole Foods and purchased the items much cheaper and without the hassle. I'll be limiting my purchases at this CVS in the future.

Have had issues the last few months filling my prescription on time. They blame my insurance company and state that they are reason it wouldn’t be filled yet, well I recently lost my insurance yet they used the same excuse and when I mentioned how that could be possible if I no longer had insurance the person just walked away and said come back another day. Unfortunately this medication is abused by some so they immediately assume you are there for same reason, disregarding the fact I’m not trying to fill early and if not taken can cause seizures and possible death. Since leaving that location I’ve never had that issue again.

This is the worst CVS store I have ever been to. A few days ago I went to get a diaper from Pampers in the afternoon. Their manager Yu came to help with a very bad attitude and poked at the computer screen in a very impatient manner. I told him that my friend had successfully collected it from other CVS, why couldn't I? He told me no without any reason. He also told me that he would try it one last time for me, and if I couldn’t do it, I couldn’t. No reason.
I left, went to another CVS, picked up the diaper, scanned, and gave the code to go home. The whole process didn't take more than 1 minute.
I feel unhelped and discriminated against at this CVS. Even if you have a better attitude and ask me to try other stores, I will accept it and understand it. But no. Very poor sense of consumption! Especially that employee!

I was in line today, and the man at the desk, I believe named Cal is amazing. It was actually a treat to come in. He talked to everyone like he knew them including the kids. Asking what they got for Xmas, etc. and moving the line fast. He helped me with a coupon I didn’t know I could use. Very happy with CVS.

It is not too bad here. I go when it's not as crowded. It's mostly crowded in the afternoons and there's not many people to help but it is a good place to shop, In my opinion in the way I like to shop.

CVS is terrible in general, the pharmacy is more interested in vaccinations than actual prescriptions because that is where the money is now. This location has inadequate staff in the pharmacy (like everywhere) such that an Rx sent on a Thursday doesn’t even get looked at until Monday because I called. Then doesn’t get filled anyways until I show up the next day when it takes another hour (maybe more? I’m currently still waiting). They need more staff so they can actually fill prescriptions which is what a pharmacy does. This is all coming from a pharmacist who left retail for all these reasons.

I walked in to see if they can help me with a transaction. There are no Capital one banks around here, but CVS offers to do deposits and they helped me in seconds. Very kind and friendly.

I walked into the store yesterday and no one was in the isle to help. I walked down an isle that said as seen on TV but it was filled with candy on both sides. Walked up and down isles with a confused look on my face, seen by the people at the front register but ignored. Plus second isle in the store is blocked off for no reason. Some of the shelves were not restocked and very messy. Labels on isles are incorrect. Employees not friendly in this particular CVS. Go across the street to Walgreens where you are greeted when you walk in. You can find several people in the isles who will help you and the prices are cheaper than CVS.
