I had a terrible, terrible experience!!! I went there 3 weeks ago with thick hair, although curly, I told Susan that I blow dry my curls out. She was very talkative but I noticed that she was not listening to me but rather telling me repeatedly that she was in this business for 26 years. She is very adept at diverting your attention with her chatter. Only later to find out she used a razor to cut my hair!!!! A definite no no. Yes, I should have been paying closer attention to what she was doing, I did not. She has ruined my hair and it will take a long, long time to get my thick hair back!!! I now hate to look in the mirror and see this disaster. It is frizzy and totally unmanageable. Ordinarily by this time after a haircut I would almost be ready for another cut but I look scalped!!!! I am so very upset and just want to share my experience.

Fabulous Experience! Customer Service is exquisite! My cut is fabulous and my stylist was attentive and incredibly talented...listened to my feedback...provided her expertise...AND no glitches with appointments or scheduling issues...attention only to ME!!

Halo Studio is such a great salon. I had a facial, with dermaplaning, and an eyelash tint and lift from Mary. Mary did an awesome job! The facial was very relaxing. Between dermaplaning and the facial, my skin felt wonderful. I loved the eyelash tint and lift. It's great not having to wear mascara on a daily basis. I'm definitely coming back to see you, Mary. Thank you!

Halo Studio is a fantastic salon! All the hairdressers are experienced, well-trained, and know how to give a great haircut. Special shout out to Susan P. who has been my hairdresser for 20 years. She's an expert colorist, cutter and stylist. Highly recommend this beautiful salon.
