I've been a customer for over 10 years. Today 4/1725 I asked the attendant (who wouldn't provide her name) if she could remove someone's clothes from a top row dryer so I could use it. She was extremely rude and disrespectful telling me to use a lower machine. I wasn't rude asking her to remove someone's left behind clothes. That is clearly stated in your policy all around the establishment stating you have the right to remove clothes for other customers to use the machines. As a long-time customer I don't plan on returning after this! Just because my disability is not clearly visible, I shouldn't have to explain why I need to use a top row dryer.
DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU HAVE A DISABILITY BECAUSE YOU WILL BE TREATED DISRESPECTFUL!

Everyone at Melrose Laundry is soooo sweet. My family and I have been going here since I was little so I have gotten to know the owners and the attendants (past and present). Yaleidy in particular is super sweet, very nice and always so happy. I appreciate everyone there.

They are so rude do not go in there they do not wanna Evan count change to help u and u using there machine the guy that been there for 18 I asked him if he likes his job and he told me to leave cause everyone is so rude there don’t know how he lasted 18 years the woman Evan rude she there to work I asked her to count my change she like I’m not counting that change she working .

The laundromat was empty. A man sitting at the counter. I was informed that the staff was returning from lunch, so I waited for five minutes. After that, I was told that no one was available and that I should come back later or the next day. It seems they are not interested in running the laundromat.

We are on vacation to see my family we are from Marion Indiana and needed to do some laundry we found Melrose laundry mat and it was super clean the attendant we talked to was super nice my kind of people super clean establishment highly recommended 5 stars from me whenever we come back to this area we will most definitely come back to this laundry mat

Has a Chinese or whatever this person is working there are Super Rude!
First time I went there I used the back door (in the parking lot) to get in because it was open. He told me angrily that next time
I should use the front door. why the back door are open than? I thought it was the entrance door for those who park their car at the back ok.
The second time I went there I have a small hall rug, He told me to use the big machine to wash 1 small rug, are you kidding me? It’s not even heavy it’s small rug and washable
Omg that stress me a lot because it’s a laundromat, I have knowledge and what I'm washing, I'll never cause any damage or anything to the machine.
Anyway I live 5 minutes from that place and it was very convenient for me, but unfortunately I fell not welcome in wash my clothes there!

Just BAD service. Pick up service a joke. No calls if there not coming. NOTHING Laundry can sit there for days because you DONT know when there coming. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR LAUNDRY PICK UP. YOU'LL LOSE EVERY TIME. I would like to know the reason for the cancellation. Was it because you didn't like the review? Very unprofessional.... And childish like to terminate somebody because you don't like what you hear is there a childish and services on point with the fact that you don't make phone calls when you're not coming is very

Kostas and his team run a fantastic establishmen, courteous, professional and always do a stellar job. I've never had an order that was not laundered perfectly, folded and arranged by clothe type in the bag, making it easy to store away. They always deliver and pick up in time and take care and diligence with every item. Even items sent for dry cleaning to them have been returned spotless, with care given to delicate fabrics. In the rare occasion that something was not up to mark, they've offered an immediate redo and an offered to do my next order free of charge. Every text request is replied to promptly and professionally. I highly recommend them.

Was in town from NY and my son who is in college up there had a lot of laundry piled up. Louis did a huge order for me on short notice on a Saturday afternoon. Really helped us out in a pinch. I would highly recommend this place.

Absolutely love this place, accessible with parking in the back, very clean and organized, reliable and has different size machines, customer service from Luis is truly great, I can go on and on. The machines are equipped to take quarters or cards which I have never seen before. I am so glad this is so close by! While you are waiting for your clothes to get ready you can grab a coffee or lunch down the street :)
