I have been going to New Russo Cleaners for about 10 years. They are the best dry cleaners I have ever used, and I am over 60 years old and have worn a professional, dry clean only wardrobe for most of my life. Excellent excellent excellent dry cleaning place!! They could take care of stain on my silk scarf that another dry cleaner could not. The price is reasonable, people are courteous. Best dry cleaner in a Melrose!! I would not take my silk dresses and other valuable fabric stuffs anywhere else! Highly recommend this place!!

the WORST, MOST RUDE CLEANER I have ever gone to. The owner Tho started screaming at me after I pointed out he didn't clean what I asked. Worst part about this is that the cloths came out smelling musty and now smells like a basement. I asked for my money back and he refused, do not know how he is still in business.
