Went i and ask if I could use the bathroom. The lady casher is about to reach for the key to the bathroom. Then a guy beside her say it's out of order. Clearly they don't want people to use their bathroom. Spended almost $90. On gas. Still can't use that bathroom.

I have to say that your policy requirements on having to have an ID to purchase cigarettes is a joke. I don't have an ID right now but am a couple weeks before my 53rd birthday. There is no question that I am old enough to buy them and to be denied is an insult and will never use your store again

Not sure if this is happening to anyone else but I’ve come twice now and all the pumps have either been out of service or turned off with a note on the door saying they’ll be back in 5 minutes. They never come back in 5 minutes. I was shocked the first time this happened but then a second time, I realized there was clearly something wrong and I need to stop pulling in there. People are always waiting at the door to find out why none of their pumps ever work but nobody is ever there.

Normally don’t have a problem but on 10/21/22 at 139 am my husband and other customers waited outside e for over a half hour the clerk refused to let them in. Said that they were closed for the moment. I called at 4 minutes or 2 am, and he tries to say that they were closed at the moment and close at 130 for processing to try back later. I explained it’s almost 2 am. He seems surprised, but still no help. Asked for his name, yet refused to give it. Poor customer service. He was just sitting inside, refusing to work. Please she’ll do better, you lost our business.

People have to use the bathroom and they have to lock the door so they can go to void themselves. Because usually at that time of night of 9 p.m. there is only one person working. I'm thinking maybe that the kind of folks in Melrose could maybe realize that the cashier is not a robot and must if you's a bathroom
