Made an appointment three weeks out. Received an appointment confirm at 3:40pm the day before my appointment and then an appointment cancellation at 8:30pm. Ridiculous.

Plenty of parking at the facility, and the procedure itself was quick enough. In and out in only a few minutes; and the staff were friendly and professional.

Don’t bother if you’re a walk-in. Waited for over a half hour then got kicked out when they were closed and wasn’t seen.

I am not a big fan of blood work….Melinda made me feel very comfortable and at ease .. very compassionate and caring …I would highly recommend others to come here and request Melinda !!!!!

My veins are extremely challenging but after my 1st visit at the Melrose location last year and again today. I made sure to get an appointment at the same location hoping to God I got the same person as my last visit. Melinda was amazing, made it easy and stress free after a stressful morning just dreading my appointment. What a great experience. I have been turned away before since the could not get my vein. I am grateful for Melinda!!! THANK YOU!

I have to get routine bloodwork done at Quest in Melrose. Each time, I have a great experience! When I have an appointment, I'm there for less than 20 minutes. I highly recommend this location & also recommend you schedule an appointment if you want to be in & out quickly.

Horrible people skills. Apparently the lady working here couldn’t find my lab order from my doctor. Lady was more concerned about going home than trying to get to the problem. She claims that it isn’t her job to have that. That is up to me to get the information. Even though I called my doctor three times to please resend which they did. Really nasty attitude. There was a lady leaving as I came in with the same issue. She was very upset and I could tell by what she was saying that she wanted to slap her. Just saying

I was a walk-in and didn't know that you had to make appointments now. I understood that they were weeks out but would try to fit me in. Melinda was so kind and patient when there was a six-person family in the waiting room already and yes they were walk-ins and we're very rude to her. They kept registering and yelling across the room to each other. I waited an hour which was perfectly fine with me because I was a walk-in. She took me in between appointments and I was so lucky to have her. She's so wonderful! You're very lucky to have her!

Staff MALINDA is extremely rude, won’t let my mom wait in the waiting room because she doesn’t have appointments, even thought there is no one in the waiting area. Horrible experience!

It is always a good experience going to quest Melrose. Melinda always greets me with a friendly good morning and a smile. It is nice to be treated with respect by knowledgeable and experienced employees. Great job Melinda.

Extremely kind and helpful! Wait wasn't bad at all even though I was a walk-in and test was smooth and quick.
