I'd give it a -1 but the woman at front desk is pleasant and helpful. The Man who was working tonight was a complete waste of time. Rude little boy. This is why I took my money out and closed my account. Most if our experiences at Santander are awful!

This bank is a joke, the 3 teller working is Mo, Larry and curley , the lady there looks like Mo, no joke. The customer service none whatsoever, the peoples working rude, I try to deposit my check with my driver's license, they need two forms of ID they don't know if that was me or my account, and they didn't know if that was my check,Happen with the same name on my driver's license, u can't withdraw with out 2 forms of ID, u need to forms of ID to make any types deposit, what kind of clown show is this bank, Oh if u don't have any movement in a month there is a fee, so this is how this bank make money, what a scam. Do not open an account with this bank, this bank is terrible, avoid headaches and fees.

Everyone I met at melrose branch is friendly. I am santander customer from last 3 years and satisfied with services(my favorite place to do notary). Earlier I used to visit bank of america and Citizen but faced lot of issues, but now I am more Santanderian ?

Went to the Melrose Santander and was immediately greeted when I walked in. The woman introduced herself as the manager Ivette. Very kind and helpful. The tellers were so nice I was very happy with the service!!

I've had very good service from Santander bank in Melrose. They have made every problem right and treated me well when I needed help. I have nothing negative to say about them. I had cape cod bank and trust, which was taken over by sovereign bank, then Santander bank took Them over. Through it all, I've been lucky to have a bank I can depend on! 5 stars!

Today afternoon, I was withdrawing money. Suddenly a man rushed inside the ATM and walked towards me, as soon as I turned towards him, he faced the wall. This was scary and extremely uncomfortable. Santander can see this on their video at Melrose ATM.

I just opened an acct today. Stephen, the bank representative was great. Answered all my questions and provided me with a lot of valuable information about other accounts and services. The staff members seems to be friendly. The Municipal parking lot is behind the branch. Great experience !!!

I will give it a star for the facelift within the last few years and finally getting rid of the old vindictive staff, esp that very thin woman who was always out to get someone. That being said, today was just not a good day as their so called new and improved atm ate my money! Of course they can't just get the money so I had to call and spend my morning dealing with this. Staff here have become more pleasant, but it feels forced, this is why I just use the atm, in and out. Also someone on the phone said welllll the atm wasn't serviced before the holiday, bs, it was wonky a few weeks ago and now it's eating money! I got it resolved but it left me with a bad taste. Won't be back to this branch at least. Manager is a joke
