Waited 20 min for my appointment. Called in ahead to have proper identification with us, then they told us we didn’t have the right IDs after I had double checked earlier in the day. What a waste of time, never going to this branch again.

Went to ATM machine which charged me non-customer fee to withdraw money but ATM never gave me my money & it was taken out on my bank's side. Manager was useless & rude, saying it was "glitch" in system, but if I had an account there...he could help me...and then told me to have a nice day & walked away.

It can be strongly said that it is the worst bank branch. The personnel have to ask the manager for almost anything and it has happened to me several times that they said they could not do something even with the help of all the managers! But in other branches, they did it for me easily.

Every time we go to this branch we wait for at least 15 minutes with only one person in front of us and two people behind the counter. One of which always appears to be doing nothing it’s very annoying that they don’t assist the next in line. Never had this problem at any other branch

Just left the branch really disappointed because I always had a great TD bank impression. I’ve walked in 12:20pm on a Saturday. The account manager was clearly unhappy when I said that I wanted to re open an account that I closed 2y ago when I moved aways from Melrose, I’ve showed him my work permit and Massachusetts drivers license as he continued to ask for more documents. Didn’t even touched my proof of address. Then when I realized that they closed at 1pm today (40 min after I walked in). And after all he said that I own $140 for the bank, NEVER received any letter from TD and closed my account with balance of zero 2 years ago. Clearly unprepared and unprofessional staff. Don’t deserve my business as my company continues to grow.

I go here about once a week to do ny business. I have worked with Noelle, Lisa, Julie and Sherry at the teller line. They are all very professional and courteous. TD Bank is lucky to have them. They take pride in their jobs.

This ATM is NOT 24 hours. Smfh i actually cannot find a single TD bank atm that's open after 5pm. I am completely regretting opening a bank account with them.

Careless and bad customer service . No one pickep up the phone had to go back to the bank cause they never called back . However they suggested the wrong way how to deal when a card is sucked from their atm machine

Great and friendly customer service. I’m a TD bank customer and I come here to get my documents notarized for free, though they’ll do it for non customers too. They are available during the weekends too, which is excellent.
