I buy a car from them for $1000They charge me another $1000 make nonsense $2000 in top of that they tried to charge me late fee it’s holidays I call them this lady started say you didn’t know it’s was holiday

If I could give 0 starts I absolutely would, they had my car in the south Boston for less then a week and when I recovered my car I had personal belongings missing from the trunk of the car, called to ask and they had no answer as to where my stuff was or why their employees went tho all the personal belongings that I had in the trunk. Very unprofessional. Claiming that they don’t know anything and that all personal has to go through her office before leaving so no way it could have gone missing

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. I could not get one of my plates off and after they got my car they were able to do that for me and send it back to me in the mail.

Their automotive pick up appointments are ridiculous and are holding cars hostage. The branch manager is not helpful and cant see the issue that they wont even load the cars on the more expensive copart shipping company.
