We had an amazing experience with Paul at Chevrolet Imperial. He was very kind and patient, willing to change plans and let us test as many cars as we needed in order to make the right decision.
We ended up purchasing a 2026 Traverse, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. They handled the plates and title very quickly and made sure the car was ready for us right away.
We absolutely had a great experience and highly recommend them!

I stopped into Imperial Chevrolet and worked closely with Gabe on a tricky situation of dealing with a potentially over mileage lease and looking for a new car to take its place.
