Got ahold of Pace to schedule up an alignment ASAP as I also had recently got new tires & I didn't want to be driving on them long term without this. Most other places would of had me waiting over a week. Pace got me in less then 2 days after I called. They did a great job Communicating with me about my car. I received a phone call when it was ready to be picked up. They also went over a few other things in regards to my car. Very happy with my first time visit to Pace. Alignment feels perfect. They were super friendly & professional.”

Being an owner of an '06 Land Cruiser, I've had my fair share of maintenance as well as bigger projects done to this car and J White's is the shop that you can rest assured with.
Each project is always handled with great communication and honestly everyone I've spoken to there is clearly knowledgeable and eager to be helpful. Whether it's for questions, professional advice, or actual mechanical work, it's A+.
Besides that, you'll be treated like family here. I've had them reach back out after jobs to check in, as well as work around certain schedules to fit me in for emergenices.
I also recently had them do a pre purchase inspection for a much newer 4Runner, and from the mechanical advice to the wisdom of Peter who also owns a 4Runner, it helped me cement my purchase with confidence.
Shirely is also someone I want to give special mention to, as she's the one that will always make sure you're taken care of. As long as I know Shirely is with my truck on the job, I am happy to submit any work to be done.

“I called John at the Milford Jiffy Lube to be sure I could get the right full synthetic oil for my car. He shared the specs with me and ensured they had the oil in stock. I showed up at his store an hour later and he greeted me with a big smile. Great place, great people!”

I had a small job, but they treated me like a VIP.

“I have been going to this location for about 15yrs. It’s always fast and convenient, and with a coupon the value is typically pretty good (as opposed to waiting at a dealer or service station - so you pay a little extra to be able to sit in your car and leave in under 30min, but to me it’s worth it). The staff is always very friendly and I like the way they communicate throughout the process - it adds assurance and confidence that everything is being done correctly. They offer add-ons but have never once been pushy - if you say no thanks they quickly respect that. I always notice a lot of familiar faces, so it’s nice to see they are seemingly happy there and committed to their work. It’s nice the Milford location added tire rotations to all 3 bays a while back too (used to just be bay 3). Overall I really trust this location and the people there, and will continue to go there indefinitely with all my future cars.”

“I have been looking for a place to bring my truck to for the past year and recently a friend recommended Howley’s Automotive. My Raptors shocks needed replacing and I had already purchased the parts directly from the manufacturer, so I drove by Howley’s and talked with Steve.
