“My BMW X3 needed a new headlight nearing the end of November. The X3 was due for inspection and my wife was starting a new job on December first.
Doug and the AER team agreed to replace the light bulb and do a vehicle maintenance inspection on a Friday afternoon— we were new customers.
They replaced the bulb and created a prioritized list of needed repairs before 2 m. The list included pictures of the X3’s components requiring repairs.
The List was well laid out and Doug suggested that we do the work piecemeal as there was a bit of work to do. This was excellent advice and has allowed us to plan and spread out the repairs in December and January!

“I took my truck to Tech Pro to get a second opinion on a diagnosis I had gotten at Meineke. I knew the diagnosis was off because they told me I needed a new water pump and radiator, but the water pump had recently been replaced. Someone recommended me toTech pro so I took it there to get another opinion and they told me it was just the radiator. The water pump was fine. Meineke quoted me $2200 on work I didn’t need. Tech pro saved me $1100. I will definitely be taking my vehicles there from now on if I’m in Milford. It’s hard know if a mechanic is giving you an honest opinion, especially when you’re a woman.
