“**Excellent Service\!**
This was my first time using Marty’s Auto. I usually go somewhere else, but I decided to try an auto body shop closer to home. After reading all the great reviews, I decided to give Marty’s a try—and I have to agree with everyone who gave them an excellent review!
The customer service was top notch. I was told my car would take about two weeks, but I got it back in just four days! The work was excellent, and my car looked brand new.

They are very clear on charges upfront and never up charge you later. They explain everything very well. “Needed an emergency winch, while my friend was on the phone with an outsourced call center I called Art's Towing. Talked to a regular guy, he sent someone over, he had to go get a bigger truck. Then they needed to get a 2nd truck down to help. They exlpained to us what they were going to do and gave us the price before they started moving it. The speed of the excellent service was fast and the price was 75% less than the quote the other place sent us after we hung up with them.
Customer service is an Art and just like Art, good service is priceless.”
