“This past weekend marked the sixth time in nine years that I’ve taken one of my cars to Native Auto. Since I don't know much about cars, I'm at the mercy of the shop owner or mechanic to diagnose issues and recommend solutions. 1. When I had a radiator leak, Freddy took the time to show me what was wrong, gave me the part number to order on Amazon, and suggested I fix it myself to save $200.

2. The dealer told me I needed an entirely new muffler system for $1,400. Native Auto patched it up with a small weld, costing me less than $300, and it lasted five years until I traded the car in.
3. During an inspection, the dealer said I needed a new oil pan, left and right lower arm controls, and left and right sway bars, totaling $6,230. Native Auto put the car on the lift, inspected it, and found it only needed a loose bolt tightened on the oil pan and replacement of the sway bars, costing me $210.

Their level of honesty and customer care is unheard of in this business, and I will never take my vehicles anywhere else.
