“I’ve loved The Village Studio since it first opened! It’s my go-to place for gift giving (esp. hard-to-buy-for people and Secret Santa gifts), and when I want to treat myself. The staff is always kind and helpful. Most recently, for Christmas, I worked with Melissa to arrange a handmade quilt crafted from my daughter’s favorite and memorable childhood t-shirts and jackets. It came out better than I could have ever imagined, and she loved it! The quality of it is top notch, and the whole process was smooth and easy. I highly recommend if you have grown children and no idea what to do with their childhood t-shirts, sports or not.”

“May 2024 I stopped to check out the store for a gift for my wife. I was there for work and we don't have this store in my state. This was a treat. Unfortunately I lost the names of the ladies on duty. I owe the crew a shout out for their great
customer service.
I walked all over the store taking my time and I never felt rushed or like I was being watched. The employees on duty were pleasant and helpful. They offered me assistance and each time I took it.
My wife likes Bees ? and they had a big Bee theme section. I found other gift ideas as I found a variety of pens, signs, decor and sundries to pick from.
If you're looking for a gift for someone who is hard to please this is a store you want to visit.

“I had the opportunity to be guided on a Quantum Soul Journey with Leiza and it was an incredible experience. Leiza is incredibly thoughtful and mindful throughout the entire journey and made me feel very comfortable. She clearly has taken the time to thoroughly understand and practice BQH and it made the experience all the more meaningful. It starts off with an interview so she can understand existing life events and people. For the session, Leiza guides you through a meditation and then the journey begins. I felt almost like a back seat passenger watching the journey unfold as a few past lives came up, as well as some other spiritual dimensions. The insight received from my spirit guides and through the past life lenses were very valuable to me. I left the session with a deeper understanding of some of the events in this life, some tendencies I have, and also with some clarity as to who my higher self truly is and where I am to go. I can't recommend this experience enough!”

“Gold star customer service! I went in looking for a special occasion card for a friend's daughter who is turning 15 - her "Quinceañera". It's like Sweet 16 in the Latino culture, significant right of passage into womanhood. I couldn't find any in the store, so asked one of the staff members for some help. Francine thought they had at least one, but she had no luck either. The manager was not in to ask. Francine took my name and number, then called the next day to say that Hallmark does checks on the stores to see which cards are selling and if numbers are low they pull that card/category from inventory. This was one of them. She kindly gave me the phone numbers for a couple other area Hallmarks so I can check availability before driving around. Used to buy Keepsake Christmas ornaments from the Star Trek series at this location. Have enough starships, shuttles and characters to make a whole Star Trek tree! But they've become rather expensive, and find the characters aren't as nicely done as they used to be. However, this year it's Spock's death scene with Kirk from "Wrath of Khan"... Not sure I can resist for long! ;)”
“After shopping at Treasures Hallmark, I passed through the archway, I passed into Treasures Clothing, a sister store. It was a boutique-type of shop that offered mostly new clothing and some consignment clothing. The store also had imported gift items and toiletries. I browsed a display of Michel Design Works products. I particularly liked the Lilac and Violets scent. Although not large, the store had a good variety of merchandise. I thought it was nice shop. “This is a a really, really nice store. I make it a point to visit when I am in Newburyport. There is a vague French theme but mostly the items are high end housewares. Kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom. There is a smattering of food items, mostly canned and bottled stuff. I'm terms of the staff, I've never had a problem. They are waspy looking North Shore women of a certain age. What do you want? They ring me up and I'm on my way.”
