“This place is so unique and cute! The employee , Dale, Was very friendly and a pleasure chatting with! I left with a couple things I didn't know I needed! Everything is priced well, an array of all different types of items definitely recommend checking this place out!”

We bought one originally that was too firm, they were more than accommodating and helpful when finding a new one. The store offered a quick turnaround to get the new mattress. You can buy a mattress easily online but won’t get this type of customer service!”

Went in with a list of requirements for a couch to fit both our small room and growing larger comfort needs. Matt reviewed our list and showed us only options that met all our needs without any sales pressure, and managed to stay in good humor the whole time. Actually enjoyed the experience and left with the couch that is just right for our family.”
“This is a quaint little shoppe that has many homemade gifts made locally. We purchased a nice wind chime here as well as a soup mug that was hand painted but still microwaveable. I would definitely shop here again.
Google Maps gets you here very easily. You access the bldg off of High St in No Andover, MA. Once you turn into the parking lot, turn right. The shop entrance is accessed from the rear of the bldg where you park. Other businesses are located here as well. The shop is the furthest door on the right facing the bldg from the parking lot. If you are parked in the parking lot facing the shop entrance, High St would be visible on your right side. They are the first two doors on the right side but only one was accessible and it is the furthest door on the right.”

“This place has a great selection with many interesting more unique types of plants. On top of that, the atmosphere is great - they have two cascading fountain lakes, a healthy flock of diverse chickens, and an impressive herd of goats. Inside the tropical greenhouse is a talking parrot. Lots of really well done landscaping surrounds the area. We gladly go here despite the long drive, always worth it.”

“This is a a really, really nice store. I make it a point to visit when I am in Newburyport. There is a vague French theme but mostly the items are high end housewares. Kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom. There is a smattering of food items, mostly canned and bottled stuff. I'm terms of the staff, I've never had a problem. They are waspy looking North Shore women of a certain age. What do you want? They ring me up and I'm on my way.”

“I have been a customer for years and have ordered sofas, chairs and carpets as well as bought decor from Kerry the owner. The upholstery is of a high quality at a great price point for American hand-made furniture.I prefer to spend more upfront for a quality piece and reupholster when I change my decor rather than buy poorly made pieces held together with a couple of screws that will end up in a landfill in a few years.Also, Kerry and all of her staff are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and always willing to spend the the time with you for design questions. I highly recommend Red Bird and their sister store Wish Basket for an amazing shopping experience and professional advice and really well made furniture.”

I stood next to the owner as she CALLED YOU and YOU PASSED on MY (now) beautiful Jordon Marsh Beacon Hill bay window...as heartbroken as you were...I was elated!!! I'd seen the piece a couple months before but couldn't purchase at the time...when I went back last week, I was told the window was ON HOLD for another customer, and the owner would have to CALL FIRST, to make sure the other customer no longer intended to purchase!!! Literally stood there, while Emily Grondine tried further negotiating price, and telling the owner she'd PUT HER ON TV if she could buy the piece for less, while I stood waiting with my credit card, ready to purchase!!! When you passed...I did a secret little happy dance!!! That you'd write a 1-star review, and LIE, says so much about YOU...SHAME ON YOU!!! Thanks, anyway, I'm so thrilled, I went back on Saturday and bought MORE salvage from the incredible Jordon Marsh mansion...NorEast Architectual Antiques is unmatched in what they do...excellent product and customer service!
