Owner gave me awesome service, amazing selection of vintage videos games, playing cards and collectables. There’s were people lining up, outside the store. That should tell you enough. My mind was blown. I definitely recommend swinging by here sometime.

Went for a pokemon tcg match, and they were closed despite their hours on their door indicating they should be open and events scheduled on their Google calendar.

Hero City is the best spot around, as an avid collector, gamer and nerd enthusiast Hero City is my go to for all things cards, games, and retro. The owner Ko is always kind and personable, reasonable and fair for prices and trades. Skip Core, skip Bullmoose, head over and check it out. You will likely find that game that will bring you back to the good old days, for a good price, or that gem you didnt even know you wanted. At the very least stop by and check things out, talk up the great Ko, and you'll get what Im saying. Skip the overpriced and unfriendly spots (ehem..Core, Bullmoo), you'll be glad you stopped by!!!

Cool store, nice staff, but I've waited outside for them to open for over fifteen minutes on two different occasions and nobody ever showed up. It's a shame they don't take their operation more seriously or else I'd be here much more often.

Despite opening late in the day, I am such a frequent customer at Hero City, they have such a wide library and consoles at very good price, Trade in credit rate is very good, So far ive purchased a 2DS XL and a Genesis and they both work fabulously many shelves full of discontinued games and consoles, lots of boxed stuff and generally nice staff!

Place doesn’t have anything no bathroom, no service, owner sleeps while customers are in his shop, if I could give a Zero I would, do not recommend.
