“Post office flying flag at night with no light Per us flag code American flags when flown on public property shal be lit up at night or taken in. as of today 3/23/23 6:00 am flag is dark. Out and not lit up let’s see when this gets taken care if I’ll be making my call today . Please remember a lot of man and woman fought and died for our freedoms and our flag please please let’s see it respected! Amen Flag was respected and taken care of. brand new L.E.D light now eliminates our great star spangled banner! Thank you to the fine ladies at out east hampstead post office! :)”
“The two women working today were incredibly helpful and saved my butt. I sold an item online and mailed it two weeks ago. The buyer was worried that it hadn't arrived and I couldn't find my receipt with the tracking number for them to check the status. I had the date and approximate time of the post office transaction and the employees went out of their way to find a copy of the transaction and got me the tracking number. I really appreciate the extra effort.”

“A tiny, quaint post office with only one service window, as far as I could see, and a small but typical lobby full of PO boxes and mail drop-off chutes. Still, when I stopped by on a recent midday, things were super quiet, and I was able to get some stamps and mail some last-minute holiday cards super quickly and efficiently.”
“A big thank you! My mail person is so thoughtful. She taps at my door when a package has arrived. She lets me know when something important is in my mailbox by raising the red flag. So thankful!”

“The man that works here is always so helpful to me. He deals with all my package questions and we are starting to get to know one another well. The issue I run into is parking and getting in and out of the parking area. Because of the location in proximity to the light. Maybe there needs to be a do not block entrance signs, though we know they would be ignored.”
“I am surprised at the bad reviews - I go here instead of my own PO because the people at Boxford are inept. Lose mail when it's been held, leave a note to pick up a package and then take it out again so I can't pick it up, or leave packages lying in the snowbank. Give incorrect info about hold requests. Haven't had a problem in Georgetown.”

“The sweetest people work at the one in Atkinson, NH. I moved to Derry Nh and still have this post office justice because of the customer service received every time I go there.”
“I just moved to Plaistow. I had a large package to return, and I pulled into the post office and parked in the handicap spot. As i got myself,my walker, and my package out of the car, an employee came right outside and offered to take my package inside for me and take care of it. I was so impressed, courtesy like that is hard to come by!!! Kudos to the Plaistow post office!”
“I've used this post office for years and the staff is uniformly courteous and helpful. Not sure why some of the reviews are negative. There is a long wait at peak hours (e.g. Noon) and before the holidays so they may be a bit understaffed. But that isn't the fault of the employees. They are a good bunch.”
“Could not be more pleased with the service at the haverhill post office down town haverhill,we had two packages that we had sent to the wrong address, a supervisor JOE went above and beyond to locate and retrieve both packages in a short time, and he did it with a smile, I tried to compensate him,he would not accept it and said please pay it forward which i will, THANKS AGAIN JOE,”
