“I'll tell you what, if we lived in town, I'd be bringing these guys coffee every morning. We're from Michigan, and during a drive from Maine on July 11, 2023, our van let all the steam out. Even though they had 9 local vehicles lined up for repair, they first diagnosed our emergency issue with a coolant pressure check. Identifying the problem within minutes, they soon had the uncommon part on its way from a dealer. The problem occurred at 7am, they opened at 8 when I called ... we were back on the turnpike at 10am. During that time, they also repaired two other vehicles, and did one state inspection, besides completing our repair. We made it to Michigan at 11:30pm that evening, without incident. Kudos to these gentlemen for knowing and practicing great customer service!!!”

“We were hearing a banging noise in our Tundra while on vacation in Salisbury, MA. After checking reviews we decided to stop in at Grays garage. He was very busy but made time to listen to my husband, and gave him an appointment for the next day. We went early to let the exhaust pipe cool, he took us right away and removed a broken Leaf spring, charged us $30. He is honest, clean garage, efficient, I would recommend Grays before anyone else in the area.”

He replaced the Transmission and clutch in my Cummins Swapped SquareBody Chevy and rebuilt the rear end for me this time around.
last time I brought him my truck, I had him mount some custom, large, load range E tires that nobody else could seem to balance properly and he was able to get it done with no problem and gave me the best alignment I’ve ever had on a 40 year-old truck that tracks straight as an arrow down the highway at 75 miles an hour.
I should also mention that I usually work on all my own vehicles for the past 30 years , including custom builds and repairs, I don’t always have time and there’s only a few shops I would ever trust to work on my stuff and he is one of them, Especially if I do encounter something that’s beyond my skill set.”

“Above and beyond! Eddie to the rescue, literally. My car wouldn't start at 4:30 on Friday while parked at a store in town. After 3 failed jumps we called AAA for a tow (and a 90 minute wait...). I called Eddie to see what time the shop closed and instead of saying see you tomorrow, he asked where I was and immediately drove down to meet me to see if he could get it started. He knew all the tricks, got it started somehow, drove it back to his shop to fix it and it was ready first thing the next day. Unbelievable service from a mechanic who is honest and cares about his customers. Thank you!”

Kevin gave me a quote up front and was very transparent about the work that needed to be done. He really knows his stuff when it comes to transmissions and cars in general. “I own a 2003 Saab 9-3convertible. I recently hit a pothole and lost my side turn signal/marker light. I bought a new light assembly but noticed I also needed the bulb sockets. I made a call to them and they said they had them. I took the 40 minute drive and believe me it was well worth it. They had the parts I needed and even gave me the correct bulbs. They also came out while I was having trouble installing everything and helped me. I was shocked when he said the price was $10 !!! I need my convertible top fixed and without a doubt I will be back for anything I need fixed in the future. Very professional and trustworthy team at Yankee garage. Top notch customer service and I highly recommend them to anyone.”
