The new account setup on line was a nightmare.. couldn’t add my existing account.
Had to go to the unit site to speak to a real person to help me.. thank goodness for the person who helped us..(Daisy) at the methuen ma. Storage site.

The space I rented was a perfect size for what I needed and glad it was available. I would rent there again if the need even arises again! 👍 Daisy was pleasant and helpful when I closed out my unit. 😊 Thanks for the use of the space! 😊

Changed the price which was clearly posted on the website last minute. When I mentioned it, got upset at me and said go somewhere else. Now have to find someplace else very last minute. Luckily other places in the area honor their price and even put an additional discount on top.
