Citi Trends has nice clothing but unfortunately bad customer service. today me and my cousin went to check it out for the first time and were shocked at how the manager and its employees treated us. we were accused of taking the tags off of sunglasses we were trying on by the manager and when we tried to speak to her and explain that wasn’t the case, she made comments on how we didn’t know her language. we didn’t entertain it, but when we went to check out our clothes we spoke to the other employee who was next to her when she said those things and we said how that is very poor customer service, and very inappropriate. the manager then proceeded to come up to us and say “what’s up???” then when we left with no argument, she came outside the store and yelled “i’m the manager and i can do whatever i want”

I really liked it, good parking and very nice clothes, only that there is no dressing room and no variety of large sizes, but they are still making repairs.

I have been disappointed by the time the store in methuen is supposed to open. It shows that is open at 10am but up to now its still closed. Everyone comes pulls the door n it still locked. I hope the people who are supposed to work are safe. inside

So I walked into this place on Friday not expecting much but immediately fell in love with it, the prices are more than reasonable. All different styles of clothing, juniors women’s men’s young men’s and children’s. I am curvaceous and it is so hard for me to find clothing that fit well and everything I bought fit unbelievably I was so happy. The only thing that was tough is that they don’t have changing rooms so you literally would have to bring the clothing home to try it on. The quality is very good which I was surprised with the prices. They are just getting started in Methuen and this will be my go to . The other thing I would suggest is that they do some type of member rewards. Can’t wait to go back!

The Acting manager on duty today has horrible customer service and approach . Definitely not a place he should be working ! He needs to learn mannerism and be polite towards young children.
