I've been coming to this CVS for 7 years now and although they have their ups and downs the pharmacists do try their best to help at least in my case. I never really had any issues except long wait times at the drive thru for picking up prescriptions. However I feel that overall the pharmacists and other staff treat customers fair. We never know what these staff go through day in and day out and they are human too so i try to take that into consideration when I occasionally get someone who isn't in the best mood.

The medication delivery service is terrible, the worst in the entire area, I do not recommend it.

Came here to send money gran for a bill as I do every month the employees and manger had no idea cbs does money gram of cbs is going to offer such a service all employees and mangers should be trained on what to do and services that cvs offer

The slowest pharmacy i have ever been too. Waited a half hour in line to pick up my meds that were ready. Never a cashier at the front.And it doesn't help that the workers keep looking at their cell phones every couple min. I would never recommend any one to go here

Pharmacist Rose is very rude. Everything sounded like anything asked of her is a hassle. Customers are the whole point of the job. If you're miserable, try getting a different job.

Extremely poor! Had an incident with “clerk” Ruth Ann who threatened me two years ago. I used self checkout and for some reason my payment didn’t go through. She intimated me and told me never to shop there again. I went back, made sure payment was processed. Went back later informed the manager and apologized for any problems on my part.
I had to go to the store today. Ruth Ann refused to wait on me. Complained to Jared who did Nothing!
Horrible store! Horrible customer service! horrible human beings!

The 1st time I drove all the way there at 1:30 PM and found out they closed their business for lunch break even though google map showed they were open. When I tried to call their store the next day to figure out when would they take the lunch break, I could never get anyone to speak to. Have never seen a CVS this bad.

I love cvs, in general it is my favorite store and I want to highlight that the staff at this particular location is very friendly and helpful.

I don’t know what the hell is wrong with the people at the pharmacy at the CVS in Methuen Mass on 233 Broadway St., but it is absolutely unacceptable and it is absolutely wrong. It is probably the reason why they are losing so many customers. They aren’t even answering their phone, they now have an answering machine picking up the calls. It has now been 6 days with no return call. They customer service has gone so far down that I am leaving and highly recommended anyone to switch from pharmacies. I heard there is Walgreens and Walmart and they are providing the same services in a better way. I just heard my hubby pleading for help. The lady didn’t even care to hear him out. People are going with medical issues and need to pick up medication to help their health. Instead of helping they’re trying to give people a heart attack for asking questions about their medication. I feel bad for the patients that can’t or don’t advocate for themselves because they don’t know how or what to do. Here are some ideas: switch Pharmacy, call Board of Health, call your insurance.
