If I could put a negative 1 star I would. This place is ridiculous. They would not let me use a coupon that expires today of which I am using it today. When going to the register there was no help. They were forcing all to use the self check out which is wrong. It only slows everyone down. Both self checkouts were blinking with no one around to help. When the miserable person came to help she didn't say 1 word the the customers..just pressed buttons. She ended up opening. Seeing how busy it was the manager still decided to go out and do trash. I'm sorry you don't have any help but maybe if there was an atmosphere that people want to work in you'd be able keep help. I only went in there to pick up a prescription. There was no one at that counter either. When the person came she was miserable too. She did not say a word just stood there staring at me. I wanted a receipt but it ran out of paper and she was not happy I wanted a receipt. I said forget it since she looked so put off for me wanting something. If this was the first time of an experience like this I would not care but it is EVERY time I go in there. I do not go there anymore as a rule due to this continuing situation. I thought I'd just have a 1 stop shop today. But that didn't work out so well as usual. Again... ridiculous!!! I will be taking my business else where. You can keep your coupons that don't work. Or you don't know how to use. I literally found CVS coupon policy on line brought it in to show them their own policy! Shame on the manager for not caring or knowing the policy. How many other people have you not let save money? CVS in Methuen uncaring, bad customer service and totally unprofessional. Rather spend more to have a better experience.

Poor customer service wouldn't let me return an item I bought at another CVS a couple days earlier with my order number/receipt.

They have 2 Hispanic workers who give terrible service and block the machine so that your coupon doesn't appear and they treat customers very badly. One of them is a lady who is like from Puerto Rico and another one who was at the checkout this morning. Terrible service!! However, when the Americans are there, they are very nice. They are deactivating the function of the machine and they tell you that it doesn't have any discounts. So what function does the CVS card have?

A zero rating is what I am looking for. I have never been to any CVS pharmacy that their staff is as rude as this location, from their manger down to their trainee. They lack etiquette and think they were doing you a favour when you only went there to pick up your prescriptions that you had paid for. I choose this location because it is closer to my residence, but now, I would rather drive extra miles to another location than be giving them my hard earned money here and face disrespect.

The staff are very rude I received a message that the medication are ready when I went they told me they are working on it I have to wait 20 min after 25 min my husband went they said another 15 min after 1h30 min we went again still not ready after I complained they start yelling just wasting of time and energy

One pharmacist to do rx, phone calls, pick ups and vaccines! You wait an eternity in line to pick up a Rx that is ready to go! Word to the wise, do NOT pick up Rx on Saturday or Sunday, because they take people without appointments to get vaccinated on weekends! I wrote a review 2 years ago, and NOTHING HAS CHANGED. I was there the other day to pick up a Rx from the doctors office. This is when I overheard the pharmacist tell a woman to come on the weekend, she does not need an appointment for vaccines. SHE IS COMING BACK WITH HER 4 CHILDREN TO GET ALL 5 OF THEM VACCINATED ON THE WEEKEND!

Pharmacy is great. I refuse to make purchases other than that here as they're pushing self checkout. I don't work here, I'm not going to cashier ?\\u200d♀️
