This was the best and most simple experience I’ve had buying a car! Frank is very trustworthy, and knows what he’s talking about when it comes to cars. We were able to get everything set up pretty seamlessly & shortly after I was on the road! I had been on a search for the right car & Dracut's Car Connection was super helpful in making sure I had what I wanted as far as price, safety & type of car!

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle so I was unsure on how the process went. Frank did a great job walking me through it and helped me understand how the process goes. I took a Uber there and Frank was able to get me to drive home that day. I got a loan that I love and isn’t outrageous. I was also able to get a great car with good mileage and a good background. I did some shopping around before and couldn’t find a lot with the mileages and conditions that compare to Dracut Car Connection. I highly recommend going to here for all your car needs.

I have nothing bad to say about this place. The service is excellent, the process was quick and even with my borderline credit I was approved for a great car! So happy! Frank got me my car quickly and hassle proof! Very 😊 happy! I would recommend anyone needing a car to go see them! Their selection is great as well!

We went to Dracut’s Car Connection after having a vehicle unexpectedly totaled and not with the greatest financial picture to present for an auto loan. Dracut's Car Connection was exactly what we needed. We've spoken with used car salesman before who definitely have a personality trait that warrants apprehensiveness. Frank could not be further from that. He's attentive and patient even when I felt like I was being a completely annoying and stressed customer. He worked miracles with our financing and after losing hope of being able to get into a comfortable payment for our family. He delivered exactly what we asked for at exactly what we expressed we could and were never once pressed or pressure for more. Even if you don't see exactly what you need on their website, just give him time. He always has new things coming in and within a week we found exactly what our family needed for the exact price we wanted to pay. The vehicle, even though older(2015), was SPOTLESS inside and out and any reservations about purchasing pre-owned were solved as they were already aware and working on it or would be taken care of by the 5 year warranty. After our decision was made and financing was done we had our car within an hour. Thank you Frank and Billy for your support and ending a terrible carless month for our family. I would and have recommend Dracut's Car Connection to friends and family.

Highly recommend! Billy and Frank took care of everything I needed.
They let me drive the car to my mechanic (who's pretty far away) for a PPI which let me know off the bat these guys are honest and put their customers first.
Had great conversations with Billy who worked with me through the purchasing process while Frank was out of state.
When a check engine light came on a few weeks after purchase, they accommodated me in every way possible to get it fixed in a convenient way.
Great guys and great service! I'll be recommending these guys to family and friends going forward.

It was a pleasure to do business with this dealership. From owner to sales guys, all stand up gentlemen, and family men that were honest and fair. There was no pressure buying my car and also had a few good laughs. (Danielson). I would recommend this dealership to anyone that wants a hassle free car buying experience .

I had been searching for a used Ford Mustang in NY state for a while. On a whim, I expanded my search and came across a 2009 Mustang at Dracut's Car Connection. The listing mentioned free delivery, which made me skeptical, thinking it might be a scam. However, after calling Frank, I quickly realized I had nothing to worry about. Frank offered to deliver the car to me, understanding that I was 3.5 hours away and couldn't visit the dealership soon, but was serious about the purchase.
I called Frank at 9:00 AM Friday to finalize the deal, but he wasn't in the office yet and offered to call me back. He returned my call before noon and apologized for the delay. We closed the deal over the phone, and I made a good faith deposit. Frank initially thought the car could be delivered early in the week but needed to confirm. On Sunday afternoon, he informed me that Monday delivery wasn't possible but confirmed Wednesday instead. The car arrived on Wednesday within an hour of the estimated timeframe. As promised, there were no issues, and the car looked beautiful. The staff delivering the car were courteous and professional.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you aren't sure go read the 1-star reviews and see how this dealership tries to do their best to make everyone happy. Top notch all the way.
