“Rangel is the best! Super helpful, personable and easy to work with. Was able to get me set up on my new phone no problem after my old one stopped working on me. Give him a promotion and a raise!”

“I love the Methuen T-Mobile. Camilla is the manger there and she is amazing and is excellent with customer service and very knowledgeable. She has not only helped me. I have sent customers to her to purchase phones and they are very pleased. She is an asset to T-Mobile and I would do whatever I could do to keep her. Her staff is happy because she is great to be under and is fair and helpful. I will always recommend T-Mobile and especially the Methuen store. Thank you.”

“I was going to give 1 star because the manager Stephanie was HORRIBLE, but Varsha deserves a 5 star review. She was so kind and stayed so professional even as Stephanie berated her and another gentleman working right as I was standing there at the register. As a manager myself I cannot believe how she acted and treated her employees especially in public. If it weren’t for Varsha I would never come back to this store. If anyone deserves to be in management it’s her after showing how professional she is even despite how cruel Stephanie was. Treat Varsha better before I recruit her to come work for me instead and give her a raise!”

“Cashier Alex was phenomenal! His personality flourished. He went above and beyond to make us feel special. He was respectable, clean, dressed according to code from top to bottom. He made sure to keep eye contact when talking and he used a clear, calm voice. He was very patient, although my friend and I could seem difficult at times. Overall, best employee I personally have ever encountered everywhere in my whole entire life.”
