Terrible service. I would give negative 100 stars if possible!! I remember calling them to file my taxes and the owner was rude and unprofessional. I asked him if I can speak to the tax preparer and he said “ you can talk to me “ in an extremely rude tone. When I asked him if he was the tax preparer he said “ no but you can talk to me about it”. He wouldn’t let me talk to the tax preparer. When I went in personally I realized that my mom bought a car from them years ago!! And the car was in the shop the first day she got it. My mom wanted to return the car and they said “ no but we can buy it back”. Mind you my mom went back like only 2 days later. If we knew about the lemon law back then we definitely would have used it against them. As soon as I found out who they were I didn’t even walk in, better yet I didn’t even park I just drove away. Reason I drive away is because I remember who they were and how the wife yelled at my mother when they fully know that they took advantage of her. Im glad I followed my gut and did not file with them because all I see is people having issues.

Terrible don't keep word and because I voiced my unhappiness of him not doing what we agreed and said I was to look elsewhere but never was canceling he said he was going to cancel me for non payment which he did real piece of work dishonest amd ignorant buyers please beware.

My husband and I have been going to Belkis for our taxes for 20 years,she knows all the ins and outs to get you every single penny you worked so hard for all year! Her and her husband are the best at what they do! God Bless this family and business ????

Had the worst experience at this place make sure YOU NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE, Allan the owner is a rude person has no respect for anyone time or needs. The day you need anything done from him he will not cooperate with you and will be disrespectful.

I have been filing my income tax for already 12 years at family agency; and sincerely I can’t change it ...the best place ever, even tho I have move to another state this place still #1 in my list ... thank you Belkys !! ❤️

would give no stars but have to give a minimum i guess do yourself a favor and travel out side of your area for another company ... thieves run this place where a business should be... better off going to a affordable at the mall....

I called for to cancel my policy guy ALAN was unbillable RUDE, he said to me: you new company needs to do that I cant teach them how to do their job and hung up on me. Thank God I got a new company.

I have never had a problem at Family Discount. If you want services you pay for them just like any other company. Allan and Belkis are courteous professionals. You can't find anybody more down to earth as them. I've been going there for 6 or more years. Happy and content!

I would give this place negative stars if I could. I feel bad for people who use this place and blindly accept the rude and unprofessional manner they display. It is NOT okay. My request to them was simply for them to send me the final version of my 2017 personal tax returns to me. It turned out that the copy I was given at the time of filing was not the version they submitted to the IRS. I found out because when I went to refinance my mortgage, the bank told me it did not match the IRS tax transcript and they require the correct version. I called the agency 3 times and kept getting the runaround. Allan Jordan, the owner, would not let me speak with the tax preparer directly as he clearly could not understand what I was asking from him, which he admitted himself. The first time I tried to explain to him, he said, "Stop right there. I only handle insurance." Then he tried to turn it around and say it is because the bank did not like my figures and all I have to do is give them what was given to me! I tried to explain again and eventually he hung up on me. So I went to the office the next morning and I waited a good 1 1/2 hour or so before I was seen by Belkis, the tax preparer. Fortunately I brought the wrong return with me and a printout of the tax transcript so I was able to clearly show where the error was. She started to print the correct version for me which she had all along and I said, "Please I need the full return". Then she said, "Okay that's $20." and from behind me where he was standing the whole time was Allan adding, "In cash!". I'm sure he was trying to intimidate me in that way. I looked at them and I said, "I am not paying again for a service that I already paid for! It was your mistake giving me the wrong form and now you want me to pay you for doing it right? I'll call the cops." So she threw my return on the desk and I left. They were threatening to call on the cops on me. All this in front of other customers.
