I received excellent service from Samantha! She is always available via email and phone. She helped me choose everything I needed for our kitchen and two bathroom remodels, and stayed within my budget. She provided knowledge about the various brands and options available and was extremely valuable in helping me the selections that would work best for my family. All items were either in stock or received 1-2 weeks from ordering. Great experience!

Great selection and high quality, but also high prices. Salesperson gave us a flyer for one of the vanities we were looking at, but seemed to avoid us after that and we were the only customers in the store. Considering we're renovating the whole bathroom, the vanity was the tip of the iceberg of what we needed to buy. We are willing to pay for quality, so they lost thousands by ignoring us. Will never go back and will never recommend them.

My hot water heater broke down on me this morning and I found that the thermopile malfunctioned. A thermopile is similar to a thermocouple except that it produces electricity via heat rather than a sensor measuring temperature. Anyway, the only local place that had it in stock was F.W. Webb. Now here's the kicker...this part is ~$20 at Home Depot or Amazon, but not at Webb! At Webb, it'll cost you 4x the normal rate...a whopping $80 for a $20 part. If I didn't need hot water today, I would have ordered one at the normal cost. I will NEVER do business with F.W. Webb again. Pure price gaugers in my mind.

Fw Webb is a hot mess. Auburn is a total embarrassment. Most locals and plumbers avoid. Employees turnover is off the charts. Why doesn't clueless owners send out a questionnaire? Maybe secret shopper? Springfield a big mess . Ignorance is bliss.

As a licensed plumber I felt disrespected and mistreated all because I didn't have a credit account with them. People working the counter act lazy and immature, especially the young girl Talia. Managers are even worse, if you call and ask for help they just take your name and number and never call you back. Can't recommend this place and will never do business with them again.

Place is beautiful and customer service excellent but everything is special order, 4 to 6 weeks out. Disappointing!

Never Again We did a bathroom remodel and it was not fun dealing with this location. Our project was delayed because the regulator and other items we were sold couldn't handle the volume of water required by the shower fixtures. Our plumber looked at the internal parts we were sold and told us what we needed to buy. We had to re-order (at more money of course) and return what we bought. We lost the plumber who went on to other jobs because he didn't have what he needed to do the job. Of course, this pushed back our tile installation, etc. ... you know how it goes. Everything lined up to be finished before guests arrive for the 4th of July, and now nothing is happening. When the plumber came back to install he noticed that we didn't have extenders for the faucets in the shower. He could hook up the faucets without them but they didn't look right. Another order was placed for the extenders. After ordering over $1,500 worth of brushed nickel parts, we were sent chrome extenders. Are you kidding me? I called the sales person two weeks ago. No replacement parts, no callback. I called her again two days ago and left another message. Nada. I agree with others who have said that this location has horrible customer service and I'll never go there again.

Went to this location to see different options on the display room floor after first going to the Exeter, NH location. HORRIBLE customer service. Non-existent really. Only one woman working the store and another on the floor, at a desk, pointedly ignoring people. We were there for a good half hour. We went back to Exeter though and they were great. Professional and really took the time with us, even though we were ordering for our own home (i.e. not contractors). So, do yourself a favor and go to the Exeter, NH store. 5 stars for Exeter, 1 for Methuen.

I stopped in without an appointment (not sure they're encouraged but probably helpful) and had the pleasure of working with Jill. I know what I like but don't know it until I see it....I am one of those. She helped me tremendously. She had tons of knowledgeable and guided me wonderfully in the world of kitchen sinks. Ahhh 1st world problems. My husband has a plumbing business so we shop more places than most people, I'd think, and this is now my new favorite spot! Thanks, Jill.

DONT GO THERE .......BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE........Methuen branch does not know what Customer Service is all about........obvious they only want to deal with corporate accounts........My husband & I should have gone elsewhere after first interaction with Jill...but because our plumber deals with them we decided to place our order....that was a big mistake as nothing but BS from Jill until we cancelled our order then her Manager Maryann was just as bad......so sad to think I had to call Jeff Pope to get my money back...he was the only person who was truthful that I interacted with.....they could use some Customer Service Training in Methuen branch I could go on about the whole experience but I will just say DONT GO THERE...........I personally will never set foot in FW Webb again........

They don't even deserve one star! Our salesperson ordered the wrong faucet, didn't order accessories, two sinks came in broken. My daughter also was placing an order for a home with a large kitchen and two and a half baths. She went elsewhere because we waited a month for the salesperson to get back to us and then, only after my husband physically went into the store again did we get the quote. This "person" LOST my daughter's complete order. Today, my husband called again because we were missing a toilet paper holder and a handicap bar. Oh, she's so sorry, she never placed the order! No surprise. I even emailed the General Manager who decided he shouldn't bother responding. I have sent another email to the general FW Webb email but if I hear nothing, I'll go all the way to the President, if I have to! I would never buy anything from these people again, nor would I ever recommend them. They are HORRIBLE!

Fantastic service from Kelly Bartlett at F.W. Webb showroom in Methuen MA. Needed a replacement part for kitchen sink on a weekend and Kelly saved the day. Above and beyond service that saved our weekend. Thank you F.W. Webb and Kelly.

They suck. After spending all kinds of money advertising that they are the primo design center for ADA baths in New England they fail, their customer service SUCKS, you need to sign in to watch salesmen scratch their nuts for an hour, after they finally do respond, you're told the person that handles ADA baths doesn't work there anymore - wtf I travel an hour to find out they only used to have a salesman that could help. Great showroom and after an hour the only thing we got was some shitty catalogs.

I am not sure where to begin here..... I called up the store back in the summer of 2013, when I thought I was ready to go with a bathroom remodel as I had a contractor lined up. I spoke to M. Moore, a lady who has been in this industry for a long time so I would assume she knows what she is doing. After a conversation on the phone and several rapid return calls (this changed... read on) I setup a loose time to meet with her on a Saturday. I got to the showroom 20 minutes late and she informed me she had to leave in 25 minutes for a previous engagement. It is what it is. I brought in design plans from the contractor and another bath showroom to help give her an idea of what I wanted. I was very specific about a few things: (1) I love a contemporary look and wanted all of the fixtures to have the same style and preferably squared shape. (2) Even though the shower was on an outside wall I wanted full coverage of water covering the 4'x4' shower floor and 18 inch bench, within. We parted with her stating she was going to do a bit of research and emailed and called me with a few ideas a few days later. Next step was to go into the showroom to see these items in person. I went in to this showroom with the thought of leaving with expert help in designing the dream master bathroom and put a lot of faith in M. Moore as I was putting a lot of money into this bathroom and wanted it done correctly. The first thing that I selected were the faucets (Grohe) for my bathroom and deep sinks (Toto). That was easy enough. Knowing the dimensions of the shower and the configuration I was shown a SPECIFIC shower system that was also Grohe and I thought it matched up pretty nicely. I ordered that as well. At the time I was told that I needed to put a 50% deposit on special order items (this will change later on) and they would be delivered without sales tax since my address is in NH. I was also told that I could break the orders up as I needed items so that I would not have to pay for them all at once but was never told that I would incur a separate delivery charge for each time the truck came to the house. M. Moore also was willing in many cases to price match to Amazon or another authorized retailer as long as I could show her the proof (this changes later as well). I saved a ton of money going this approach. Shortly after this trip to Webb, the contractor was having issues with my tile store where he was unable to get the same measurements from one time to another. When they asked him to sign on the order form he bailed. This put my project on hold but I did have these few items on order and they would be held at the Webb warehouse until needed. After several more months I found a new contractor who had dealt with M. Moore many years prior and I understand separated from doing business with her for many of the issues I am about to detail as I ran into the same situations. The falling out started when a tub from MAXX was custom ordered and aside from MAXX having the incorrect drawings on their site on where the access panel was M. Moore never informed me that the tub came standard with only one seat of jets and that it was extra money for the other seat. When the tub came out to the house via delivery they didn't call ahead as they were supposed to and when my contractor and I opened the box and saw that only one seat had jets I was on the phone immediately with Webb. They told me it was a custom order and that it was mine. After about a week of going back and forth they agreed to collect this tub and order the replacement with the 2nd seat of jets delaying my project 6 weeks. They felt they did me a favor and from this point on M. Moore was no longer returning calls, they told me that all special order items needed to be paid in full at the time of ordering, that they are not supposed to price match to Amazon because of the overhead. They was a complete 180 degrees in their philosophy. Contacted Corporate in the midst of all of this and they were rude and actually asked me "why are you bothe
