They love to engage with customers, are very helpful, and take the time to listen. Customer satisfaction is A++. They help with purchases and can ship items to the store. The store can get very crowded and sometimes has limited staff. While some feel the company has fell off by rigging prices when selling games, the employees are consistently praised for their excellent service and handling issues with apologies and no problems.
