These guys are scum. They gave me bad advice on my car which ended up with my car blowing a head gasket on the highway with my child in the car. Before this happened I brought my car here for a diagnostic and I repeatedly expressed my worry that the head gasket needed to be considered, the managing mechanic, Jay, looked me in the eye and promised me it was just a few sensors that needed to be replaced. When I confronted the owner, Najib, about the ordeal he said, "I'm such a powerful man I could take your whole family down!" Threatening my family's lives for holding him accountable! I'm sure Methuen police will disagree with him. I would avoid this place. He also owns the gas station across the street. This is the character of the owner of these gas stations.

Advertised gas at 3.64 gallon but got there and it was $4.33 so ticked at the false advertising left and went elsewhere. Disappointed in Google maps also for allowing this type of baiting to continue

This place as far as mechanics are jokes. This guy charged me $400 for a brake job and still did not solve my problem. Then assumed I needed some other parts and wanted to charge me another $600. Ended up taking the car to the dealership and saved $300 and done right with no guessing on what needed to get fixed. Save yourself the headache and money and go someone else. Upsetting that a $300 job turned into $800.
