DO NOT USE H&R they did my taxes wrong and gave me the wrong information and the wrong amount. And the guy that did my taxes had no idea what he was doing and it took him like 3 trips to the office to finish it and he kept changing the numbers every 5 minutes and than when they tried to fix their mistake they said they would refund me for the fee I paid that was back in April and I’m still waiting for the refund. Every time I call they say we don’t have access and that they will call me back and they never do. I will never go there again. And I don’t recommend it at all. I could’ve done it wrong myself but I thought let’s go to the professionals… so much for that.
