Efficient and effortless purchase. I had a specific vehicle in mind and was pleasantly provided with exactly that. The finance team helped find a budget-friendly financing option, and the sales team—specifically working with Angel—was knowledgeable and provided prompt, attentive service that made the transaction seamless.

There was nothing wrong with my car before I took it here. Just wanted to get a regular check up and they recommended getting the sparks plug changed because it was nearing 100,000 miles. Make sure to read before you sign anything because they will add other services you never asked for. Two days after picking up my car, it shut down and was not turning on. When I brought it in, they denied having anything to do with it. They charged me $209 for looking at it again and I had to get my car out of there.
They will damage your car if you let them and charge you an arm and a leg for the problems they created. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

I tried buying a 2025 Jeep discounted $10K and after several confirmations that the Jeep was available I was finally told that it sold that morning. Two days later (today) the same stock number is listed on their website with a reduced discount. The Sales agent claims it sold and cannot explain why it is still on their website with a reduced discount. If the original discount was an error that's understandable but I cannot help but feel like they lied to avoid having to sell the Jeep at that price. Definitely would not recommend doing business with this dealership. If they are dishonest with Sales I'd hate to see how their service department operates :|

Though I liked my vehicle I didn't like the process of being rushed wouldn't fix a few issues with it I got a couple they decided to fix done but I got to fix the rest like a door lock and header replacement I replaced the screen after I said that would be a problem they said it's fine it wasn't after I buy a 30k vehicle I wouldn't go back

This was one of the worst experiences I have had and thank God I read the reviews and said no to the jeep we were looking at. We were strong armed on the price stating they were going to raise it tomorrow if we didn't buy it today. When we brought up two things wrong with the car including it leaking oil they tried to dismiss it saying it was normal and actually was coolant from the most recent repair. (I'm not car person but I know the difference between coolant and oil). When we also pointed out that the advertisement and window sticker said the vehicle was supposed to have heated seats but didn't she responded that the details don't always align and the car was as is. Can we say false advertising!?! Thank you fellow google review people for helping me open my eyes to a scam with horrible service!

Honestly, I was gonna wait to do this review. Because I ended up emailing the general manager. But never got a response back. So the other day we went into the dealership to look at two different Jeep Wrangler a 2014 and a 2017. At the time we were more interested in the newer model Because the price of the two vehicles were the same. But on further inspection, the 2017 had too many issues according to the Carfax the Jeep was rear-ended twice. When looking at the jeep, they were still damage on the back hatch chipping paint and the locks did not work on the hatch. Which tells me when I got rear-ended it was not repaired properly. Among the other things like the hack job of the aftermarket radio and some other small things. It just showed poor ownership from the previous owner. So we ended up skipping that one and going to the 2014 the 2014 we loved but halfway through the test drive The engine started to tick and if anyone knows the 3.6 L penta star engine they are known to having issues with the lifters and rocker arms. Which causes the cam to get wiped out. While inspecting the noise will be spelt coolant. So I ended up getting the sales manager to let them know what was going on because the vehicle should not be sold to someone in that condition. I was told him I would still be interested in the vehicle if it gets fixed. And they told me they would call me back the next day, which they never did. I ended up calling a couple times asking for the sales manager and I never got a return phone call from him almost feeling like I was getting ignored. I ended up just talking to whoever pick up the phone and the gentleman that picked up the phone was aware of what was going on and he informed me the coolant leak was a heater core, which was getting fixed, but the engine tech was not because it’s a characteristic of the 3.6 and that’s normal. Which it’s not! Anyone that knows those engines knows it’s not. I even told him to look up on YouTube about the 3.6 L tick and do a little bit of research because it’s such a common issue. But they weren’t interested in hearing it. They said it was normal and it was not gonna get fixed and I was gonna get sold the way it was. I asked about an extended warranty that would be added onto the vehicle because the issue is a ticking time bomb And they told me they can’t add a warranty at all on it because of the mileage that’s on the vehicle. So whoever is looking at a 2014 Jeep Wrangler JKU in white color might want to look elsewhere.

This Greigo dealership comes off courteous when they want your money.
Once they get your money and you buy the car their warranty means nothing. There is a lot of gray area's in their warranty. I had a run in with 3 managers.Frankly speaking their conduct is obnoxious and downright condescending. When I told their manager that the way they conduct business was shady he started throwing a tantrum like a child. I made a generalized statement about the company's questionable practices. He took it personally even when I explained that it their polices thats shady. They find ways to weasel out of honoring their warranty. I got a car where the door locks and trunk locks weren't working properly. When I spoke to the manager jim I believe his name was.He started speaking to me in a condescending matter.I believe it was because I was a minority why he was so obnoxious. I graduated from university but this man choose to treat me like I was inferior goods I believe because of my skin tone. .Beware of this company. They are wolves in sheep clothing

I had a great experience working with Shane Slaughter. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the car-buying process smooth and stress-free. I appreciated his honesty and no-pressure approach. I highly recommend the car dealership.

My experience with Grieco was absolutely horrible. The customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever encountered—rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. From start to finish, I felt like I was being misled and scammed.
Instead of being treated with respect as a customer, I was met with attitudes and pushiness. There was no transparency, no honesty, and no real concern for helping me. Everything felt like a trap to squeeze out as much money as possible without delivering real value or service.
If you’re looking for a trustworthy dealership, do yourself a favor and avoid Grieco at all costs. They are not here to help you—they are here to take advantage of you.
