  My nail tech is Zarah and I love her 😍 I am never disappointed. Easy to make an appointment and if you want designs she got you. She does my nails and my pedicures. Prices are reasonable

  I used to like coming here, but now they have a bunch of new girls that have no skills doing nails. I got a pedicure and the girl cut me multiple times. All of my toes are in so much pain I can’t even wear sneakers.

  I feel so bad to write this review - but they deserve it. I’m sorry, but making repetitive customers wait an hour after their appointment time over and over again is getting old. They do not do anything to make up for it either. Also - they say they open at 10 am, however, they always run late. Last week I waited outside for an hour after open until someone showed up with the key. They did not apologize or even bother to take a dime off of my total. They do not communicate about paying with a card. It’s a $2 extra charge and they don’t tell you that you can’t add the tip on the receipt. I just found out the hard way and I had to pay an extra $2 just to pay a tip. They wouldn’t even waive the card fee for that. So ridiculous!! Then I look like a jerk. So not fair. There are some very good techs and that’s why I keep returning but this has gone too far in my eyes.

  I went on my birthday to get my nails done. The Chinese lady cut my fingers. And I asked her to stop. She replied “you don’t know nothing” and continued. I wanted to leave without her finishing my set. And she just yelled at me “ I want my money”

  I ask if they did design. And the lady said yes. She did not do what I asked for. Then she left my nails undone. And wanted me to pay for an unfinished wacky job ?? she said “ you talk to much, I’m done with you” ??‍♀️

  My Worst experience Nail Salon. Very unprofessional. The lady has zero patient to do nails. She refuse to fix what she messed up on my nails. Very bad job. The worst.

  I went in yesterday for the first time. All the ladies are very nice and pleasant. Nice clean place and they do an outstanding job. By far best place in Lawrence/Methuen area that I've ever been too. they now have me as a forever customer
