“We are new customers to Cubby who took over our account from EverFull Oil. We inadvertently ran out of oil and woke up to no heat on a January Sunday. The owner answered the phone and was very patient with me as I explained the situation - maybe he realized I was near to tears - and went over my options. He said that they would get a delivery before the end of the day. I was ecstatic when I heard the truck in less than an hour! The driver was similarly patient and kind as he looked to find our oil fill and complete the delivery. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!”

“I transferred form oil to a gas furnace and hot water. Palmer helped with the coordination with the plumbing company we had install our system. Made it a painless. With new system and low gas prices than higher oil price looking forward to saving money. The only issue was when they filled the new tanks they didn't fill my existing tank. I'm sure they'll send another truck.”

He took extra time to scrub all the sides. he mentioned that it was baked on due to hot august sun so he allowed me to wash the car twice which was a world of difference. “Tropical Storm Isaias brought tree limbs down on my high voltage wire creating a single home power outage near the end of Eversource's service area in Southern New Hampshire on Tuesday. I would be one of the last homes restored as we were a single home outage and we are literally near the end of Eversource's service area. Thursday morning at 6:00 AM I put a web request for propane into Haffner's web site indicating our propane fuel level and a remark indicating we were still on our whole house generator. I expected delivery on Friday or Monday according to Haffner's normal summer time propane delivery schedule. Haffner's WOWED me by delivering propane Thursday morning around 7:00 AM. GREAT JOB!”
“I paid for a 20lb tank fill. I waited a while at propane fill after paying; but they are open late so that’s a good thing when you run out in the middle of cooking. I’ll definitely go back for propane and maybe something to eat. All the employees were nice and friendly, so for that, I’ll be going back for propane as well trying out the food.
