I think Nathan Kenney and Jeff Czekanski are ultimately the ones responsible for making the decisions and training the people who work there. Any body out there willing to file a class action suit against this company? They shouldn't be allowed to continue like this should they?

If zero stars was an option that would be what I would choose.I was screamed at by the driver and hung up on. I called a week prior making sure all the permits were all set and was told no problem and they would deliver on the scheduled date.Horrible customer service! Home Depot needs to hire a new company!

Absolute worst delivery service I've ever had contact with. I can't even put into works how bad they are. I'm amazed they are a company still. Home Depot needs to get rid of them
