T nails in Methuen was my worst experience ever…the guy cut my nail too short made me bleed, hardly filed nails, cut crooked and paint job was bad. They should refund my money…never going back

Oh goodness. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I want to save other people from this experience. This place was filthy. The pulled out a Brillo pad and a literal cheese grater during the pedicure. Tools were passed back and forth. Nail files throw into drawers after use. I came home and immediately removed my polish and soaked my feet. Here's hoping I have no long term impacts from this.

I was gifted a certificate to this salon by a relative who picked it because it was close to where I live;they didn't know any better. I was weary of it based on the reviews. The place was dirty; dust everywhere and no sign of sterilized tools. Wash cloths were old and tattered. Pedicure tub had grime around the knob. Felt nervous the whole time about the cleanliness but I'm too shy to speak up or leave. They had signs saying increased pricing to offset the cost of pandemic safety equipment but no sign of them cleaning. Face shields were hung up and clearly reused. I will not return.

HORRIBLE! Stay far away from this place,Expensive nails, for such cheap quality products that they use.$40 for just a regular polish full set, without any design, charged me extra $5 for having them “long”I was stupid/generous enough to give a $5 tip which I regret so badly when she rushed the entire time, and cut me 3 times with the file, then proceeded to put neosporin on the bleeding spots before the nails even went under the dryer…. Nails were uneven and the length didn’t match on any of the nails.Two weeks later my nails look like this….. never had such bad quality nails in my entire life, left with cracks and scratches in my nails, one of them broke without me even doing anything but opening the car door,Wouldn’t let me dry my nails for longer than 5 minutes, yelled at me told me “enough” when nobody was even waiting to use the dryers.Don’t bother booking an appointment either, they will give it away to someone else, and you will end up waiting 30-60 minutes, (not okay for people who work or go to them on their work breaks, like myself) called the day before as soon as they opened at 10AM to book the appointment to get a nail refill, showed up and had two people waiting ahead of me, ended up leaving and they couldn’t care less, also they talk about you to their coworkers, clearly don’t respect their customers.I truly recommend “DIVA NAILS” in Methuen, best nail salon I’ve ever had the pleasure of going to, they treat you like family.I will never come back to T Nail Design, and I strongly encourage you not to come if you are looking for good quality acrylic nails.
