When withdrawing money indoors, I was asked what I was planning on doing with it! I’ve never been asked that before, regardless of the amount. I’m extremely offended and am still confused quite frankly. I’ve withdrew larger amounts and was never asked that… So disrespectful and it felt racially motivated. And of course no one picked up when I called to discuss the matter…

100 billion dollar company cant have more than 1 or 2 tellers? I've been here 10 minutes. Still the 4th person in line with 4 more behind me. Do better please. Over 20 minutes in line today. Saw 5 people wall out for waiting so long.
