Worst customer service and management came thru the drive up to withdraw from my account, teller kept staring at her computer and she was helping another customer at the drive up who fell asleep in his car, and she didn't finish what she is doing. I ring the bell she pulled her hand up and to stop me, I asked how long this will take, no reply, waited for extra couple of minutes, the guy in the other car still sleeping and she is still staring at her computer. I drove off. Went inside no traffic in the lobby, Branch Manager always staring at his computer, not even acknowledging who is coming in or out from the bank. to me this is bad customer service and leadership.

Unbelievable you go for a transaction to the driver and it lasts 1 hour because of the slowness of the employees 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Bad Service

This bank is the worst don’t use them for anything. All they care about is if you have an account with them just to buy quarters. I will never leave my bank.A bank that don’t care .

New manager Matthew Russo is so unprofessional. Customer for 20+ years and shut down my accounts because I refused to share my tax returns when I don't have any mortgages there. Don't do business here you'll get screwed.

Honestly this is by far the worst TD Bank in the Merrimack Valley. Just bad service overall, the place is always a mess. Management is always super rude. Everyone just rather drive couple extra mins to the next TD location.
