“An amazing experience! Michael made the whole process simple and efficient. We had some special requests and he took care of all of them with a smile. On the trip down, there were some trouble traffic spots, due to accidents. He knew backroad alternatives that helped us avoid them, beyond what gps recommended. There were even cold waters waiting for us in the car on the return trip back from the event.

“I just wanna give a big shout out to Shane Burleigh and Derrick Hewitt and the team at this Estes terminal. We had recently worked with a new customer who was experiencing downtime from machinery failures, who had to expedite one of the machines for repair. After that machine was fixed, the back up machine needed to be repaired and we needed to get it picked up quickly, and I worked through Derrick and Shane to promptly get a regular service pick up made and moving. The reason for the five stars is not because of the quick follow up, which was greatly appreciated, but rather the professionalism and how Shane just went about his business getting it done for us. Estes is a core carrier of ours not because of their pricing but because of their people. Derrick has always been Available, caring and consistent and I’ve yet to work with an Estes Operations person who doesn’t care.
