**************** Troys movers did a fantastic job. I am an artist and had a lot of paintings I needed to move to a storage unit. Troys movers were exceptional. They were careful and caring. On time and efficient. The young men were polite and cheerful making what is at best a nerve wracking experience, moving, pleasant. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

This was my second move with Troy. Troy himself came out the day after I called to look over the scope of the job. On moving day, his team was super friendly and arrived on time (actually ten minutes early!!). The job was handled with care and professionalism. They made my move less stressful. The job also came in under estimate which was a nice surprise. I would recommend them for your moving needs!

3rd time we used ****'s Moving. We were very happy with the Movers....They were on time as always and fast. They quoted us a price and at the end day they came in saved us $600. Very honest people which are very hard to find. We would surely recommend Troys to anyone.....and his pricing is very reasonable.

Very Pleasant experience. **** provided an estimate. His crew was timely and professional. The entire move took less time than anticipated and the final bill was well under the original estimate. In the middle of August on a very humid day was our move into storage. We will be using **** and his crew when ************* is ready also. We are so glad a friend gave us this moving company referral. CPULD not of asked for better movers. So satisfied and grateful for the best service during the move. **** is lucky to have such a great team. Thank you for all you do.

They showed up when they said they would be here. They did exactly what i wanted to them to, a small move, but some s*** I could never have done on my own, what I considered to be a complicated task. Every task has a hiccup, as did ours .. but if you sweat the small stuff .. you need to look in the mirror and ask yourself if it really that big of a deal? Troy's guys were good, rough and tumble guys that got the job i wanted them to do done. 5 stars all the way. Eric Cochrane, Methuen, MA

I hired Troy's moving , should have read his reviews first! Lessons learned , dont hire without reading reviews and dont tip before the work is done. Troy was gruff but helped me coordinate a POD drop/move...unfortunately he sent 3 guys 2 of which were total clowns. Unprofessional , I kept telling them to put the masks up , we are in Lowell! Very high covid rates! They wanted to use the bathroom twice, damaged very expensive antique trunk, damaged expensive art work, damaged an expensive office chair because the big guy had to sit in it and the young guy gave him a ride in the chair , his weight caused the chair to buckle..really upset by the unprofessionalism! Then with 10 mins to spare they started taking their time and charged me an extra half hour for 3 mins over. Troy got an earful but I got nothing , he coukdnt even give me the courtesy of a call back , no apology , nothing! A real low class moving company , you get what you pay for...and this company is not worth the paper he wrote the bill on, buyer beware!

Troy's company completely surpassed my expectations. Troy was in direct contact with me the entire time and did an excellent job of answering all of my calls and questions right away. Troy came out to my house and gave us an estimate which was almost 1/3 the cost of another quote I received. Troy was very helpful with giving tips on how to save money with the move. The morning of our move, 3 gentlemen showed up with a MASSIVE truck and fit all of our belongings inside (2400 sq ft house) without a problem! The men worked extremely quickly and respectfully treating our belongings as their own. In the end, they ended up getting the job done on time and UNDER budget! I can not recommend Troy's Moving & Storage enough. They will be the only moving company I call back in the future! Thanks Troy!

Excellent moving company. They call you right back the same day, arrive on time, are pleasant even when you know your stuff is so heavy and awkward! They smile through the snow and freezing cold . They were all done with my job and I had forgotten to account for my son's basketball net. They went back and got it for him! I will absolutely use this team again and highly recommend them.
