The older woman that works at the Post Office in this location should find another job as it seems she hates her job and interacting with people.

Most unfriendly customer service. Was bad talked by for asking a simple question about how to mail something out. So unexpected and rude. This person would not stop bragging about how her younger kids or whoever know how to do it yap yap, and all this with another customer who wasn't even involved. For minutes on end. Had to bite my tongue because of this Karen.Embarrassing, unprofessional, unwelcoming, and downright nasty. Never coming back here.

i don’t know why this old miserable woman is employed at this facility. when i walked in she was sitting on her phone, didn’t bother to look up when you heard me put my package down so i said “hello” and she just said “yup” as she is just sitting on her phone. walks up, doesn’t even look at me. scans my package, as it was pre paid and throws my receipt at me and walks away back to her phone. I have seen several reviews about this woman and someone needs to do something about it. someone has to be looking at these reviews? why has nothing been done? why have the cameras not been checked? she clearly needs to be fired from this position because she doesn’t have an ounce of decent customer service in her.

I don't understand why this old miserable woman is still working at this Post Office! She never says hi or thank you. She yells at you if you do a little thing wrong. She waited on me then walked around put on her coat and said to the guys working in store "I'M GOING OUTSIDE TO SMOKE AND I DON'T CARE IF THERE ARE PEOPLE WAITING." There were people at the table getting stuff together and coming into get in line as she walked out.

This place is terrible to have deliver your packages. I’ve had 2 packages in a short time go missing from here and I tried saving a buck and didn’t put insurance on them. How they stay open with their rudeness and incompetence is beyond me

Whenever I have a bad experience at an establishment, I usually brush it off and go on with my day.But the old lady that works there is probably the most miserable and unfriendliest CUpersonNT you will ever meet.If you come in while she’s putting mail in the PO boxes, she won’t assist you and make you stand there waiting until she finishes with the pile of mail in her hands. If you walk in while she’s sitting in the back corner of the counter she’ll get sulky and mope before she assists you. She won’t greet you or tell you to have a nice day.Although I don’t like wearing a mask but find it somewhat useful since it blocks out the heavy smell of cigarettes radiation off her when she’s present.Better for her to quit and stay at home chain smoking, instead of being an eye sore to the public.

This is probably the first bad review I’ve ever given a service before. I had a total of 3 packages and had to return to this USPS 4 times for the same packages. They were supposed to go to Indiana and I verbally stated so each time with the correct written address. I brought them on 12/23/2021, knowing they probably wouldn’t make it to Indiana before Christmas and acknowledged this was understandable as it wasn’t a rush. These packages have returned to my home each time (2 times now, today being 1/4/2021). When I went back the second time Kim at first did not acknowledge my boyfriend and I at the counter, reading a magazine. When I calmly explained they had been wrongly shipped to my address, she became immediately defensive and stated, “well you’ll have to eat the cost,” saying we’d need to re-pay the $27 for them to be re-shipped and that it was my fault the label was wrong. I reported the label USPS typed was incorrect, which is what is processed. She consistently interrupted me. My boyfriend became upset stating, “you are not understanding,” and asked to speak to a manager. When I returned the next day to see if the manager could assist, Kim was there with her and proceeded to call my boyfriend an “idiot” to my face acting like her response to the situation was appropriate. She then stated I could pay whatever wasn’t covered the first time, as they were initially shipped back to methuen, which I thought was fair. Since this, only one of my packages actually made it to Indiana and two returned to my doorstep. I’ve worked in customer service and understand the stressors around the holidays- however, the way it was handled by this particular worker was completely inappropriate and would not recommend wasting your time and gas to bring your mail here.

Says right on the Google page you are open till 5:00. Came out at 3:00 to mail important documents and get the right postage for them. You put up a sign that says Closed at 1:00. Did not realize the USPS was not "Essential".

This convenience store has it all. It has a bakery, Dunkin Donuts, post office and propane refill, the only issue is the employees , even though they are not rude, they can be a bit more friendly and have a smile , but I guess that is what you get when you hire teenagers.
