I went to this office to send a large box, approximately 35 inches in size, which was neither too wide nor heavy. However, the person at the counter insisted that it was not possible to send it. Undeterred, I decided to try the Lawrence USPS instead. They measured the box and confirmed that it met the requirements. They charged me an extra fee, and the box was successfully sent!

I hate to leave a bad review, but i’ve lost count of the times that our new postman forgot to take the mail we are sending out. Flag always up, package/postage paid for, and they just leave it. That and is getting our neighbors mail for the past two years despite posting a notice inside our mailbox. We miss our old postman, John!

Terrible customer service. I came in to send two packages. One had a prepaid shipping label and the clerk rudely insisted I purchase the 10 dollar tape to take the label on myself. In the past they have always done the tapping without an issue. This man was very rude and dismissive. I had also purchased a label through click and ship and was having trouble pulling up the label. When I asked the clerk for help he dismissed me and said we don’t do that here.. Just a very unpleasant experience. I would recommend skipping the trip to the post office all together and scheduling an at home pick up.

Every post office has tape for you , some of them even tape your packages , the guy refused to give me tape or tape AN ENVELOPE, WITH A PREPAID LABEL !!!! Worst costumer service , lazy people

This post office delivers mail to my mom and grandma. Randomly, they just decide to not deliver mail some days. Nearly once a week they just don’t come. Unacceptable.

I had my mail forwarded starting Oct 30th from Sanford Maine to Kennebunk Maine. Wasn't getting anything so talked to the Kennebunk postal person and was told that the mail goes to Methuen MA and then is forwarded to Kennebunk ME. I live 15 mins from my originating post office but was told they have 18 to 21 days to make sure I have my forwarded mail. I just received a forwarded letter that was dated 12/9/19 from Methuen so that shows they can send quicker. My check is 2 weeks late and was told that I should have had my mail held. NO ONE told me that when I went to fill out the forwarding form! So thank you for a wonderful system NOT that is going to cause me to be late on rent, get overdraft fees from automatic payments, and other bills that I can't pay yet. This is NOT right, when I got a letter in one day from Waterville Maine.

Oh. My. God. Bob is a life saver!!!! Absolute genius. Saved me from shipping a very, very valuable item to a fraudulent destination. Customer service was amazing! So nice, friendly, fast, and overall concerned for the wellbeing of the customer. Thank you sooo much!!
