I would recommend these guys over anyone, they made the experience of buying a truck fun. I took a 3 hour drive down to test drive this truck and although the truck was getting new brakes and basic services, they made it top priority to get it done just so I can look at the truck. Showing up i expected the typical salesman, but not once was I pushed into purchasing the truck. These guys only want to see happy customers and will go out of their way to take care of you.

I had a really positive interaction with this dealer. I didn't actually buy a car from this company, but only because I had already found another car before I got there. The person I spoke with at Valley Auto Sales was really helpful.

I have not gotten an inspection yet but think it will pass with flying colors. I had a specific car in mind and was able to purchase it here in my favorite color. Jim went the extra mile helping me through financing (I usually buy cars outright). As of now, the car is beautiful and I'm pretty happy. Thanks Jim!(It appears that many negative comments are for a different business. FYI)Update: Just got the car inspected, not only did it pass but I got a lot of compliments on it. It drives amazingly.

The worst of the worst. The inability to communicate with them is just absurd very hard to reach someone on the phone and the lack of unprofessionalism with the staff is just unethical, located in Methuen ma this place needs to be audited by @better business bureau or #BBB for the violation of my basic consumer rights. They conveniently made it impossible to reach them as they always would tell the customers to hang up and phone and call a different number instead of posting said number, upon calling the alternate number, the frustration in dealing with this business considering the situation in which they get 80 percent of their revenue is by towing cars parked on the side of the street following suit with other cars alike and no signs posted or inferring otherwise. To my knowledge I was flabbergasted to see in my mailbox a notice of my vehicle towed. upon calling to retrieve it, according to the Massachusetts statue on parked automobile, the nightmare started, I was not given a price but told that I'm calling to late and the ill trained voice that was talking to me was incompetent and was not trained to handle, deescalate or deal with the public.
