Pharmacy manager is a joke and refuses to refill my medication saying too soon to be filled. I thought she was supposed to fill medication not police it. Ask to speak to the store manager and that was even more of a joke after 30 minutes on hold she told me she could not do nothing. Refuses this medication. I'll wait for my prescription to be filled and get it and never come back to this joke of a business. Both managers should be fired.

Submitted an order for same day pickup at 10am said it would be ready at 12pm and I had to end up calling because I never got the confirmation email. Later in the day around 4pm I get a call saying that they cannot complete the order because the machine is down? It took 7 hours for me to hear back 🤦🏽♀️ don’t advertise same day pickup if this isn’t in fact happening and let your customers know ahead of time so they can plan ahead!

One of the worse customer service! I had a good Rx coupon for an over the counter med, when I went to pay the cashier would not even take the time to put the code, I kept explaining that what I was purchasing was an over the counter medication, only to have another cashier come by to say the same thing. They would not even take the time to even try it, their rudeness took me aback, but why should I be surprised when Customer service in Lawrence, Methuen is absolutely non-existent!!!
But when I went to “ANDOVER”, the treatment, the customer service was absolutely what we need!!
Employers of Lawrence and Methuen, make an investment in training your employees in customer service!

I have called the pharmacy a day prior to order my migraine meds. I went through the drive thru earlier afternoon and my meds weren't ready yet. they asked me to come back around 3pm. I went back at 6pm and there was a car in front of me so I waited about 20mins, the car didn't move so I called the pharmacy directly to ask about the time frame for the wait. they told me to wait a minute, so I did. costumer in front moved so I was able to proceed. the same pharmacy tech lady that I spoke earlier in the afternoon and told me to come back said to me that my meds weren't ready again and that I needed to wait twenty minutes. so I wait a few minutes and a male manager came to the window to tell me that I should not wait in the drive thru because other people will be waiting. I told him that I waited for someone else that was in front of me earlier for more than 20mins and they did not move or were told to move. I moved and came back after 20 minutes and they now tell me that the automatic sliding door where they place the medication was not working and that I needed to go inside. I was not feeling well, I was not okay to walk inside and went home without my medication. Worst costumer service. Will now switch to another pharmacy.

Came here for an 11:15 shot appointment, we arrived on time and still we've been waiting for close to an hour. They seem to be understaffed and I get it, but an hour is way too long to wait for an appointment that we were present for.Don't come if you have things to do later, you will be late.

Well yesterday I went to get my meds there was 3 staff and I waited 20mins I don't know if she was pharmacy manager. She like we be with u and kept going back and forth. And I was still wait I got very upset and left and there was more ppl behind me.. If they see a line they should help them

Had an appointment for a shot at 4:00, as of writing this it's now 4:40 and have yet to recieve the shot. Completely unacceptable scheduling.Ended up taking a full hour. Many of the staff members were not wearing masks correctly (including the person giving the vaccinations). Very, very unprofessional overall from start to finish. I would not recommend this place to anybody.
