No one in line for drive thru, still waited 20 minutes for my prescription. In fact, I’m still waiting, so it could take longer. This might be the most understaffed place in pharmaceutical history.

The manager of that store has no sense of customer service at all. I went to print some passport photos and when I connected my phone for some reason the machine asks for a password, the guy who was at the cashier calls Nancy and she comes out asking why I want a password that that password is only for employees to which I say yes but you have to put it in because the machine asks for it and she tells me to immediately connect my cell phone she should let me do it without putting anything with a terrible attitude if I could give it 0 stars I would do it just for her. Walgreens hire people who know how to deal with people, not that kind of animals, as managers.

The worst Pharmacy I’ve ever been to. 25 minute wait time for a refill after calling earlier that same day to confirm it was ready for pickup. The second time in a month with this same nonsense. Horrible service.

I feel bad for writing this review but I hope someone takes this into consideration. First of all, the pharmacy is incredibly understaffed and it’s a shame because this Walgreens is in a prime location for business. If Walgreens corporate paid attention, this would help the current staff out with the overload they get especially through the drive thru. Like many others, I have sat in the drive thru or even stood in like for 20+ minutes waiting for a prescription.Secondly, last month I called 3 times to get a refill on a prescription and they kept saying that refills were denied by my provider. Turns out my providers never denied the refills and I had 3 whole refills left on my meds list from my doctors. I’m not sure if it’s miscommunication or lack of effort, but because I couldn’t get my meds in time, I have to deal with the medical consequences and have been out sick from work.Please move your prescriptions to a location that will follow through, and to places that are not overworked and understaffed.

This location is horrible 15-20 mins wait times in drive thru. I feel bad because the workers are always scrambling they definitely don’t give them proper staffing! I just picked up my prescription and the girl running the counter was all alone and had to take care of the store, the drive thru window, and the phone that was running off the hook! Hope all these negative reviews get the attention of Walgreens corporate. If you can’t schedule the correct amount of workers then don’t open a retail location and just mail everyone this prescriptions! Unacceptable for workers and customers. Lost a Walgreens customer for life

I’m sure Walgreens could care less about customer reviews but I’ll share my experience anyway in hopes it will steer someone to a different pharmacy.Tried drive up window 3 times today without success!First two times waited 18, then 15 minutes without car in front of me moving. And driver in front of me started banging on window and screaming at someone there.?Third time drove up to drive up window with a sign saying closed??But website states drive up hours open until 6pm but it’s not even 4 ???So I drive to the front of store on go in and head to the back of the store and not to my surprise but 9 people are waiting in line??And this was a refill that called in 2 days ago and this is the norm at Walgreens @ Pleasant st MethuenTransfer your prescriptions to a real Pharmacy! I am.Bob M

So disappointed in Walgreens, since they switched from Rite Aide it has been nothing but a horrible experience, the only reason I had stayed was because the head pharmacist Paul had been there for over 30 years and he was so informative and we trusted him, Well he is no longer there, that will be a detriment to that Pharmacy!! As I went to get our prescriptions and was treated rudely they told me my granddaughters Asthma medicine was not there, and YES I had to go back because it was, the Pharmacist on duty was shaking her hands in the air saying her head was going to explode and needed someone to help her, as well as she was rude to an elderly man the day before and told him if he didn't like it go to another pharmacy( this was told to me by someone that was waiting) WOW!! I called corporate twice, still no call back, needless to say I sat outside the store and transferred everything out of there, also, they are just not answering their phones, I was on hold for 2 hours and as I was waiting there yesterday the phones were ringing off the hook and they were just going on with their work, once again, WOW!! My opinion, get out of there before they mess up, it's truly so unfortunate it has come to this, I feel for the people who do not have anyone to advocate for them because in my opinion they just don't care!!!

When this was a Rite Aid, we loved it. As people who have recurring needs, Rite Aid provided us with amazing service. Ever since it changed to Walgreens, this place has been awful. Their hours are terrible, the amount of staff they have on site is terrible, and the overall cleanliness of the business is abysmal. Walgreens should be ashamed of themselves.
