Lazy employees. Only 1 person at the register. 7 self checkout machines, and only 3 are active. 2 are off, and the rest don't work. Difficult to locate and employe to help you. But they sure have a bunch of employees at the exit store. 🙄

This Walmart has consistently provided a poor experience, and I feel it’s important to share my frustration. On my recent visit, I was waiting in line at the register when suddenly the cashier, Alejandra, called over a friend or acquaintance and began checking them out instead of helping me. I was left waiting without explanation, while they conversed in Spanish, which made me feel even more uncomfortable and unsure of what was happening. I find this completely unacceptable— I was next in line, and I should not have been skipped for anyone, especially for a personal interaction.

3rd time I've been there just to get out of my car and walk up to the door just to find out there is yet another fake fire and no one can go in. One of the previous times I was actually able to get into the rundown store, I asked automotive for a carbon filter in which their response was tossing a book to me for me to look it up myself which I did just to find out they don't have any in stock. Why do we as a society tolerate such incompetence and complete lack of customer service???

Have you ever been to a third world country? Go to Walmart in Methuen and you can say you have....what a DUMP. Horrible customer service also just go to Salem do yourself a favor right off the bat

Attempted to call the business center twice to ask about laminating services to be put on hold for a couple of minutes while they ask their manager and then come back and hang up on me. 🤷🏼♂️

Walmart can go eat a bag of manure. I bought ink cartridges from there and they didn't work and they won't refund me! I will never buy from them again. Amazon only from now on. Garbage. Absolutely garbage
