I went to the store today to look for a plan for internet and cell phone. when you walk in, it's a beautiful store. They ask you to put your name in so you can be called. It makes sense after you're waiting for a little while I said I have to go check on my dogs, is that okay? Soure no problem she said . I come back? I sit down and I wait and I wait and I wait.than I got up and I asked I just went outside to check on the dogs. Did anybody call me says? Yes, we did. You were unavailable,she sad, . I just stepping outside just to make sure the car was running. Let me put you back in on the On the call list. this individual. Show me walk out so me walking. She didn't say anything nothing and waited there till I asked.when I came back in the store and she clearly knew who i was.. I forgot to mention.I came with my work close.I never met such a snobby experience.
In my life and I mean it when I say it. they think that they're selling Mercedes and cadillacs. I was so disappointed.I walked out of it.I'll find another Carrier.You're not important

This is not for the store, but for the company itself... You can't reach an agent for over 30 mins, then when you do, they string you along with the wrong information. You're basically speaking with scammers or people from outside the country who can barely understand you, mind you( I am bilingual)! They keep charging your card after you cancel your service with them. I still have the account stating recurring payments even though the service has been canceled đ

Unsatisfactory experience at this location last week. Was told I needed proof or residency to set up internet at my new place so I brought it in and the associate put the start date for my new service in a week later than I asked for and stopped my current service that same day when I hadnât moved out yet and that was a pain to fix. Now I wonât be getting internet for an entire effing week in my new apartment because of this persons carelessness. The 800 number rep is not able to fix this for some reason so I am just screwed for a week. Thanks for nothing.

I went to the store to set up internet and cable services. Jose attended to me. Jose did an excellent job of helping me with setting up my service and getting me started. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He did an outstanding job from beginning to end, even helping me to the door with all my equipment. He is an asset to your company.

Took our business somewhere else after being fed false information
Tiffany (I believe), new trainee made our initial visit of switching over our service easy and fast. We had the intention of also trading in and upgrading our iPhones.
We were told to come back in 24 hours for some credit reason that had to be manually entered and took that long. The next day she told us their services were down and we couldnât proceed. Asked if she had our permission to email us when the system is ready?? Super disappointed and sketchy, next location we went to had no issue trading and upgrading.

This rating is not for the store exactly but for Xfinity overall. When I am trying to reach out to someone so I can speak with them since I have a question I need to ask about my security since I have been getting multiple scam calls from âXfinityâ from legitimate numbers all âverifiedâ, I have to go through multiple hurdles. As I am writing this I was not able to speak to anyone in over 30 minutes! Itâs absurd! The machine keeps asking me irrelevant questions after I say multiple times I would like to speak to an agent. Why there is no option to speak to an agent is beyond me but it needs to change asap. I never write reviews but I had to for this one.

They are only good at selling, they do not help at all in solving customer problems. I do not recommend the place and much less the company. For a year now they have been charging me for a device that I never received and they do not want to refund my money, plus I paid for a device in full and they won't let me cancel the line.

Needed a replacement remote - greeted courteously by Eddie and Rod(?) and was handed a new remote in seconds. Went to another location previously where only one staff member was working and already a wait at 10 AM.
